"Yakiniku House Daishogun Kanazawa Ten" is a Yakiniku restaurant with the kind of charm you would expect in the old capital of Kanazawa, set in a 200-year-old traditional house recreated in the style of a ninja residence. You can enjoy Noto-gyu (Noto beef) and freshly cooked hagama-gohan (rice cooked in a traditional iron pot).

The "Premium Loin" is said to have beautiful marbling and a melt-in-your-mouth texture. It tastes amazing when coated in tare (sauce), and its refined flavor makes it a highly satisfying dish.

The restaurant's recommendation is the "Maboroshi Loin." You can also enjoy this Special menu made with Top blade, a rare cut that yields only a small amount from each animal.

ダリナオル

We ordered dishes such as Premium Outside skirt and Premium Loin, and everything was very good. The meat was great of course, but the rice served in an ohitsu (wooden rice container), where you can choose the amount you need, was especially delicious, and I was impressed by the touch of being able to choose my favorite rice bowl for it from 9 different kinds.

A luxurious time to savor high quality meat at a relaxed pace♪ The Special roast and kalbi (Korean-style short rib) are melt-in-your-mouth tender, with rich meat flavor. The interior has a calm atmosphere, and the service is polite. It is perfect for a Special day or a family meal.

ジューエル

A top recommendation is the "Special Wagyu assortment." It has an excellent balance of sweet fat and rich meat flavor, and every cut is meltingly good. The sauce does not overpower the meat and brings out its natural flavor.

A restaurant I had been curious about after seeing online reviews say that its appeal is high quality meat and a comfortable atmosphere. I started with their specialty, negi-tan (beef tongue with green onion). When I took a big bite with plenty of green onion, the rich flavor of the tongue spread through my mouth and it was so good. The Outside skirt was tender and juicy!

They offer two kinds of sauce: ponzu sauce with garlic and a sesame-forward sauce. The Strip loin had beautiful marbling, and its sweetness and tenderness were irresistible.

大トロ(よっしー)

What I personally really liked was that they season the meat in advance. Some places serve the meat as is, but I far prefer it when they do the prep work properly. I also thought the seasoning was really good.
