Shabu-Shabu Tsukada Shibuya Scramble Square is a shabu-shabu restaurant on the 12th floor of Shibuya Scramble Square, a commercial complex directly connected to Shibuya Station. One of its attractions is the great view overlooking the Shibuya Scramble Crossing.
The interior is a stylish and playful space supervised by creative director Kashiwa Sato.

They serve shabu-shabu made with three of Japan’s top Wagyu brands, A5-ranked Satsuma Beef, and brand pork from Kagoshima.
It also comes with a set of colorful fresh vegetables, and the thinly sliced meat only needs a quick swish through the broth to enjoy its tender texture. It is served with either ponzu sauce or goma dare (sesame sauce).
Photograph:あらなみ
The shabu-shabu is served in a one-person, one-Hot Pot style, which is another nice feature since you can enjoy it at your own pace. The mildly sweet dashi (Japanese soup stock) is also tasty enough to enjoy as soup on its own.
To finish the meal, they offer rice, udon, and ramen. They also recommend adding sesame sauce and chili oil for a tantanmen-style arrangement.
The interior is modern and clean, making it a calm place to enjoy a meal. The meat has just the right amount of fat, and when swished in the hotpot, it has a melt-in-your-mouth texture. There is also a wide variety of vegetables and broth options, so I enjoyed the meal all the way to the end without getting bored. The staff are polite and welcoming, and this is a place I can recommend for both lunch and dinner.

The Special cuts of meat have a fine texture, and with just a quick dip in the hot water, their rich flavor opens up all at once. The vegetables are fresh too, and together with the gentle taste of the dashi (Japanese soup stock), you can enjoy the meal to the very end without getting tired of it.

The specialty here is "tori-shabu shabu (chicken shabu-shabu)," enjoyed in a carefully prepared chicken broth soup. It uses thinly sliced fresh breeding chicken, and even the breast meat is said to have a moist and tender texture.
By combining shredded vegetables with grated daikon radish, it takes on a light and refreshing taste with a whole new feel.

The "ultimate Clay Pot egg over rice made by cooking it in soup" is a recommended dish To finish. They make it by topping rice soaked with chicken broth with a carefully selected branded egg, then finishing it with a sprinkle of salt.
The rich egg mixed with the fragrant rice has earned high praise in reviews.

・Jukusen tori-shabu shabu (carefully selected chicken shabu-shabu)
The staff served everything with great care. The first broth had a comforting taste. Next, we started with the breast and then the thigh, really enjoying the good flavor of the chicken. The akadori (red chicken) tsukune (chicken meatballs) in particular had a nice firm bite and rich flavor, and were excellent! The cress also paired very well with the chicken shabu-shabu.

And the “Amakusa Daio (large native chicken breed) shabu-shabu” features big pieces of chicken that turn soft and tender with a quick dip in the broth, with more flavor coming out the more you chew. To finish, they serve rice cooked in this broth. The flavor is packed in, and while it is simple, it tastes good enough to impress.

Hyoto Shibuya Ten is a Japanese restaurant on the 7th floor of the multi-use complex Shibuya Fukurasu, about a 1-minute walk from the South Exit of Shibuya Station. The interior has high ceilings and an open feel, and the counter seats are said to offer views of Shibuya and Roppongi.
It also has Private rooms with Sunken kotatsu seating, where guests can enjoy a relaxed meal.

The specialty here is dashi-shabu (pork shabu-shabu in broth), a dish long loved in Kyoto. You enjoy it by pairing carefully made broth that shows off Japanese cooking techniques with Special selected pork and plenty of chopped green onions.
The green onions come with free refills, and adding yuzu kosho (yuzu chili paste) gives the flavor a nice accent.
Photograph:ゆるぐるめ
The recommended option is the “Shiran” course, where you can enjoy shabu-shabu with pork and Wagyu Strip loin. Along with comparing the two kinds of meat, you can also enjoy seasonal a la carte dishes.
Among them, the “Fragrant Aburi Saba-zushi (seared mackerel sushi),” which is lightly seared right in front of you before serving, is said to be an excellent dish with great balance between the rich mackerel and vinegared rice.
u-saran
Since it is a Kyoto restaurant, the flavor was light, but the elegant taste of the dashi (Japanese soup stock) came through nicely, and it was delicious to wrap a large amount of green onions (All you can eat) in the meat and eat it. The staff were also very polite, and it was a very comfortable place to spend time!

The meat was very tender, and when quickly swished through the dashi (Japanese soup stock), it felt like it melted in my mouth! The special sesame sauce and ponzu sauce were also just right, and paired perfectly with the meat. The vegetables were fresh too, and everything had a nice sense of the season. I also went with zosui (rice porridge) to finish, and the dashi came through nicely, so I enjoyed every last bite.

The ramu-shabu (lamb hotpot) course, where you can enjoy All you can eat lamb and vegetables, is especially popular. They serve lamb sliced to less than 1 mm thick, and it is said to be easy to eat with very few off notes or distinctive flavor.
The style here is to enjoy it lightly with a soy sauce based dipping sauce, so you can keep enjoying it to the very end without getting tired of it.
Photograph:389e7e
The shabu-shabu enjoyed with authentic yakuzennabe (medicinal hot pot) broth is also well liked. The spice fragrant medicinal broth, such as mala and paitan, is said to pair perfectly with lamb.
To finish, they recommend adding their special egg noodles. The broth, enriched with the good flavor of the lamb, clings well to the noodles and makes for a satisfying taste.

I tried lamb shabu-shabu for the first time in my life! I chose the All you can eat course, and I was very Manzoku! No matter how much I ate, it felt very light, so I could eat a lot. It had no distinctive flavor and no off notes, so even people who are not usually fans may find it easy to enjoy. It was also good with the special sauce and sesame dressing for a change of flavor.

Since it is All you can eat, you can luxuriously swish 2 or 3 slices at a time in the Hot Pot♪ The color changes after just a few seconds in the pot, so you can keep eating one after another. There were also lots of flavor changing items, including standard ones like grated daikon radish, momiji oroshi (spicy grated daikon), and green onion, as well as more unusual ones like Vietnamese chili oil, green curry, and red curry paste.

Shabuzen Shibuya Ten is located on the first basement floor of Shibuya Creston Hotel, about an 8-minute walk from the Hachiko Exit of Shibuya Station. Here you can enjoy shabu-shabu made with brand-name Wagyu such as Kobe beef and Omi-gyu (Omi beef).
The restaurant offers a wide range of seating options, including table seating and Private rooms, and the calm interior with a Japanese feel makes it easy to relax and take your time.

For shabu-shabu, they offer a wide range of cuts including Strip loin, Spencer roll, and lean meat. Their All you can eat course, where you can enjoy branded wagyu (Japanese beef) to your heart's content, is also popular.
The beautifully marbled meat is tender, and they say that with just a quick swish through the broth, the rich flavor of the meat and fat spreads across your palate.
Photograph:Soooora1007
The restaurant also shows real care in its sauces, which bring out the natural flavors of the ingredients. Along with house-made goma-dare (sesame sauce) and ponzu sauce, they also offer a Japanese-style sauce for pork shabu-shabu made with a soba-tsuyu (buckwheat noodle dipping broth) base.
The fresh, unheated sauces highlight freshness, and you can also enjoy changing up the flavor with yakumi (condiments) and chili oil.
おぽ4646
There were three kinds of meat in total, including Yamagata-gyu (Yamagata beef) and two kinds of pork, and it was All you can eat, but this was not the usual all-you-can-eat quality meat at all, it was insanely good! Thanks to the special utensil for draining the shabu-shabu meat and vegetables, the ponzu sauce and sesame sauce did not get watered down too quickly either.

SHISHIOH
I ordered the All you can eat Omi-gyu (Omi beef). First, you eat Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black beef) Strip loin and Spencer roll, and after that you can eat as much of any meat you like. The Kuroge Wagyu is also delicious, but the Omi-gyu fat is lighter and tastes even better. You can keep eating it with no problem.

"Shabu Shabu x Izakaya Uechabe" is an izakaya where you can enjoy dishes made with ingredients shipped directly from Toyama. The casual interior has a Japanese feel, with sake barrels and sake bottles displayed throughout, making it a place where you can enjoy a meal without feeling formal.
The restaurant is about a 2-minute walk from Shibuya Station, on the third floor of a building along Owada Yokocho.

You can enjoy buri (yellowtail) and nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch) shipped directly from Toyama Prefecture, along with brand pork, in a slightly rich broth based on shiro shoyu (light colored soy sauce) and ago dashi (flying fish stock). One of the draws is that you can enjoy shabu-shabu with fresh fish and meat.
They recommend first trying it without adding anything, so you can fully enjoy the good flavor of the broth and ingredients.
They carry about 20 kinds of fine labels from every Japanese sake brewery in Toyama Prefecture. You can also do a tasting comparison, so the wide selection is hard to resist for Japanese sake lovers.
They even have the rare Kachikoma available. They also serve local beer and shochu, and if you are not sure what to choose, the staff from Toyama can suggest something for you.
BSログ
We had cod Chanja, ankimo (monkfish liver), karasumi (dried mullet roe) nagaimo (yam) potato fries, and shabu-shabu with buri (yellowtail) → pork belly and loin. Every dish had seasoning that felt like it went one step further, and it was all very delicious. The shabu-shabu had an irresistible dashi flavor, and it was so good it made me want to come back again this season. It paired well with both beer and Japanese sake by the glass.

When it comes to shabu-shabu in Toyama...!!!! I had nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch), hotaruika (firefly squid), and buri shabu-shabu (yellowtail shabu-shabu)!! They also have beef and pork shabu-shabu. The broth had so much flavor, and after the shabu-shabu, I had zosui (rice porridge). The good flavor of the ingredients had also melted into the shabu-shabu soup.❣️❣️

"Matsusaka-gyu (Matsusaka beef) Shabu-shabu & Sukiyaki Nabekichi Shibuya Honten" is an All you can eat shabu-shabu restaurant on the first floor of a building along Dogenzaka, about a 2-minute walk from Exit A0 of Shibuya Station.
The space is stylish and high quality, with plenty of room between seats, so it also works well for occasions when you want to enjoy a lively meal together.

One of the big draws here is the chance to enjoy A4 and A5 rank Wagyu, including Kagoshima Kuroushi (Kagoshima black beef) and Matsusaka beef. Popular choices include the Special lean cuts that bring out the natural flavor of Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black Wagyu), and the beautifully marbled Special Spencer roll.
Each slice of meat is hand-cut in the restaurant, one by one, with close attention paid to its smooth texture in the mouth.
Photograph:51ac17
All you can eat covers not only meat, but also unlimited refills of vegetables and drinks. You can also enjoy kaisen shabu-shabu (seafood hotpot), with a wide lineup that includes crab, shrimp, scallops, and oysters.
Each ingredient is large and satisfying, and reviews say it is very filling.

Of course, the Wagyu shabu-shabu was great, and we were very satisfied with both the quality and quantity of the seafood, including tarabagani (red king crab), shrimp, and crab. The crab meat was thick, and the miso (crab tomalley) was rich too. Eating the Wagyu in the Hot Pot with all the seafood broth soaked into it made it even more special. For dessert, there was durian and lychee!

The thinly sliced A5 beef has no off notes and tastes fantastic. I couldn't help getting another serving. The lamb is also tender, and it goes perfectly with the vegetables in a shabu-shabu (Japanese hotpot) style. There is also a wide variety of vegetables, and the doumyou (pea shoots) have the best crisp texture. You will probably want extra servings of the tofu, shimeji (beech mushrooms), Chinese cabbage, lettuce, kikurage (wood ear mushrooms), yama-kurage (stem lettuce), and lotus root as well.
