It is hard to find places where you can eat Miyako beef steak for lunch, and there are not many restaurants that serve lunch, so this is a good pick. At checkout, lunch did not seem to include a service charge, so it felt like a good deal.

Recommended Teppan-yaki in Okinawa [Other Areas]

Sam's Anchor Inn Iias Okinawa Toyosaki Ten

"Thumbs Anchor Inn Iiasu Okinawa Toyosaki Ten" is a Teppan-yaki restaurant on the 2F of Iiasu Okinawa Toyosaki.

The spacious interior has an open feel like a steakhouse on the American West Coast. Along with the chef's performance, you can enjoy high-quality steak and fresh seafood.

The steak made with Motobu-gyu (Motobu beef), cooked with great care, is moist, tender, and juicy.

Just the aroma as it grills is enough to whet your appetite, and once you take a bite, the sweetness and rich flavor that gently spread across your mouth are said to be so good they keep people coming back for more.

This is their signature Ise ebi (spiny lobster) with uni sauce (sea urchin sauce), baked.

They generously top oven baked, springy Ise ebi with a rich uni sauce in this standout dish. It is also popular as a Combo menu with steak.

My friend and I decided to go to Sam's for the first time in a while! It was my first time at the iias location, and it was new and clean! The steak was good and easy on the wallet! I love tenderloin, so I chose that, and it was tender and tasty! It was also fun that I could choose the sauce for the salad, including blue cheese!

It was my first time ever having Teppan-yaki cooked one-on-one right in front of me. I had Motobu-gyu (Motobu beef) and Ise ebi (spiny lobster). Overall, it had an American-style feel. The sauce for the Ise ebi was delicious. For wine, I had a glass of the house red served ice cold. Meat tastes great with a chilled red that has firm tannins.

Teppan-yaki Dining Chura SUN

By reservation only, Teppan-yaki Dining Chura SUN is a hideaway dining restaurant in Okinawa where you can enjoy beautiful scenery and Teppan-yaki.

At the terrace seats by the beach, you can enjoy BBQ while looking out at the sunset sinking into the East China Sea.

The "Special Ishigaki gyu (Ishigaki beef) Course" includes 11 dishes in total, with a steak of the main Ishigaki gyu.

The finely marbled meat is so tender and juicy it seems to melt away the moment you put it in your mouth. Its sweet fat is said to have a light, tasty flavor.

They also offer a BBQ course where you can enjoy seafood.

It includes Ise ebi (spiny lobster), Okinawa-produced kuruma ebi (Japanese tiger prawn), scallops, and tuna steak, so even people who are not big on meat can enjoy it. One review even says the prawns, grilled until crisp and sprinkled with truffle salt, are so good you could eat them endlessly.

Every dish was very good. Manzoku with the aroma, Manzoku with the sound, Manzoku with the look, Manzoku with the taste, and Manzoku with the way it made the body feel good. It was a wonderful meal that pleased all five senses.

Everyone else had steak, but since I don’t like garlic, they arranged a seafood course just for me. The vegetables, scallops, and tuna steak were all good, but the shrimp was still the best♪ The head, grilled until crisp and sprinkled with truffle salt, was so tasty I felt like I could eat as much of it as I wanted.
