Kobe beef is amazingly tender, with refined sweet fat and a melt-in-your-mouth taste. We fully enjoyed the best of both the Tenderloin and the Strip loin. The Ise ebi (spiny lobster) was thick and springy, and its rich flavor spread with every bite. The grilled vegetables also brought out the natural taste of the ingredients, and everything was really delicious.

・Kobe beef Strip loin steak (served with grilled vegetables)
The beautifully fine marbling is stunning and whets your appetite even before it hits the grill. The sound and aroma as it cooks on the Teppan-yaki are so inviting that I found myself watching and forgetting the conversation. The moment you take a bite, the refined sweet aroma unique to Wagyu spreads across your palate.

At this restaurant, you can enjoy Sanda-niku (Tajima beef from Sanda) and Kobe beef in a Teppan-yaki style that engages all five senses with sound and aroma.
The fine marbling in the lean meat looks beautiful, and the tender texture is said to be excellent.

The meat is said to be slowly grilled almost like searing by the chef’s skilled technique, locking in its good taste and flavor.
First, enjoy it simply with natural salt, then you can also eat it with any combination you like of black pepper and the house special sauce.

The meat and the Appetizers were both very good. The meat in particular was tender, and they recommended different ways to enjoy it, which made it really great. It was my first time visiting a Teppan-yaki restaurant, and the staff were kind and the atmosphere felt very homey.

I visited because I wanted to eat Kobe beef during my trip to Kobe. I ordered a course. It starts with Appetizers, and then they grill the meat little by little. The chef grills it right in front of you while explaining the different cuts and how to eat them. Personally, I thought it tasted best with salt and garlic. It was not only tasty, but also a fresh experience, and it turned into a really great one.

I was able to enjoy a calm meal in the cozy counter seating area. Just as I requested, they cooked the Tenderloin medium rare, as close to rare as possible, and I was very Manzoku with both the taste and the quality of the meat! The vegetables were placed in between at just the right balance, so I thought the meal was well put together both as a palate cleanser and in terms of overall balance.

As for the main event, the meat, I chose the fillet! I went with Omakase for the doneness, and I think it was cooked just right. They also provide four kinds of salt, three kinds of sauce, mustard, and garlic chips, so you can try different flavors and never get bored. I especially liked uni soy sauce, truffle salt, and ponzu sauce.

The meat was cooked rare, and it came with foie gras as well. They said it was good if you put it on top of the meat before eating, and when I tried it, it was so tasty it melted in my mouth. To finish, the garlic rice came with dashi (broth), and you eat it a bit like hitsumabushi (eel rice eaten in stages). The garlic rice was so good, and when I added the broth, it became lighter and tasted great again.

On the last day of my trip to Kobe, I had Kobe beef. Because of my flight, I went in right when they opened for dinner. I had a tasting comparison of the beef round and loin! The loin had a very nice texture and was really good! Since I was there, I also changed the rice to garlic rice. This garlic rice was also so tasty that I wanted to eat more, but the portion was very filling and I felt like my stomach was about to burst.

They started by cooking the vegetables first on the Teppan-yaki right in front of us. The seasonal vegetables were sweet and tasty. That day, we shared the Japanese Black Wagyu fillet steak and the Kobe Beef loin steak. Kobe Beef has a low melting point for its fat, so despite its rich appearance, it tastes light. I had a luxurious course where I could enjoy Kobe beef Strip loin and Tenderloin at the same time. The contrast between the Strip loin, with its rich savory fat, and the Tenderloin, moist and tender, is exactly what makes a side by side tasting so satisfying. The doneness was spot on and brought out the quality of the ingredients to the fullest. The garlic rice was fragrant as well, making it a course you can enjoy to the very end without getting tired of it.

As expected, I was able to spend a luxurious time here and fully enjoy both the food and the experience‼️Starting with the Appetizers, my excitement rose with the vividly colorful plate‼️The main steak was cooked to perfection and was wonderful♪The vegetables were fresh with a great bite. The garlic rice at the end had a nice toasty aroma, and I was completely Manzoku all the way through dessert.

TEPPAN KAWASAKI gets a lot of positive comments for both its food and service, and feels like a hidden retreat where you can relax and enjoy your meal away from the noise of the city.
The pleasantly dim interior has a U-shaped Teppan-yaki counter and table seating.

The stylish Teppan-yaki dishes, shaped by the chef's French culinary experience, have earned high praise.
The cooking brings out the best in the ingredients, and the way it works together with the sauces that are essential to French cuisine is another highlight.

The steak is made with Special carefully selected Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black beef), with the production region changing by season, so you can enjoy its best seasonal flavor.
The course portions are said to be just right, letting you savor each dish slowly in small amounts. You can choose from assorted varieties available, including the Special Kuroge Wagyu course as well as courses featuring Kobe Beef and live homard lobster.

I visited this restaurant, which I really love. I had the course Teppan-yaki. Each dish is carefully prepared and delicious. I always enjoy the dishes that use seasonal fruit as well. Even the salad dressing has an amazing tartness and balance.

This stylish French and Teppan-yaki restaurant had a chef and floor staff who were both very pleasant❤️The course was just the right amount, and the meat was juicy, so it felt very satisfying. The shiitake (Japanese mushroom) really impressed me. I’m usually not a fan of shiitake, but the bonito and dashi (Japanese soup stock) were just right, and it was the first time I thought it tasted good!!

The interior of Kobe Teppan-yaki Hachiemon is kept clean and has a relatively cozy size.
The seating is counter seats only in front of the Teppan-yaki grill. You can watch the chef, who trained at hotels and specialty restaurants, handle the Teppan-yaki grill with smooth skill.

The recommended course is the one that comes with two kinds of seafood steaks. The recommended seafood of the day is prepared with either white wine or butter sauce.
There are also grilled vegetables from Hyogo Prefecture sourced from the market, which are said to be sweet and delicious.

For Teppan-yaki steak, they offer Kuroge Wagyu with Strip loin known for its high quality fat and here (tenderloin) that gets good reviews for having just the right amount of marbling.
For drinks, the owner-chef has selected Japanese sake and wines that pair well with the meat.

The Teppan-yaki meal featured a seafood steak of Akashi tako (Akashi octopus) and scallops, which is rare for Teppan-yaki, and the here (tenderloin) had just the right amount of marbling and tasted great. Since I still had room, I also ordered an extra Strip loin steak. I also enjoyed the garlic rice at the end.

The seafood may change depending on what comes in, but this time it was sauteed scallops and fish in butter, and they were nicely flaky and fragrant. The grilled vegetables were all cooked with care, and served with salt and soy sauce, making a nice palate cleanser. And for the main meat dish, I chose fillet, which was a great choice because I could really enjoy the right amount of marbling and the good flavor of the meat.

The seating at Kobe Teppan-yaki Steak Iwasaki is an L-shaped Teppan-yaki counter where you can easily watch the chef at work.
The chef cooks and serves each dish at the pace of the guests, so you can enjoy everything at its best.

The ingredients are carefully selected by the owner-chef, who has long experience in Teppan-yaki and a keen eye for quality.
They offer Kobe beef and Special kuroge wagyu (Japanese Black beef), with Strip loin and Tenderloin being especially popular. A range of seasonings is available, including mustard and wasabi.

The finishing dish of the Teppan-yaki course is garlic rice with a nice, fragrant sear.
The rich flavor of the beef tendon and the aroma of scorched soy sauce are said to be irresistible. You can enjoy it twice, as you pour beef tendon soup over the remaining half to make it ochazuke (rice in broth).

To put it frankly in one word, the meat is so tender you do not even need teeth. It is soft, and while you savor it and chew, before you know it, it is gone. They also have several kinds of yakumi (condiments), so you can enjoy a range of flavors. They also serve a variety of vegetables, and they quietly tell you which yakumi goes well with each one. The meat and gin made a great pairing, and I really enjoyed them. The dessert was also very delicious.

◆Special【Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black beef)】Strip loin 100g. Enjoy it with Awajishima (Awaji Island) sea salt, Andes salt, ponzu sauce, mustard soy sauce, wasabi, and black pepper as you like. The fat is rich and the meat is tender〜♡♡

Kobe Beef Takakura is a restaurant operated by the Kisshokichi Group, which runs dining establishments specializing in Kobe beef.
Using its strength as one of the top handlers of Kobe beef, the restaurant is able to serve rare cuts and high quality meat.
Watching the performance up close and chatting with the chef are also part of what makes the Teppan-yaki counter so appealing.
The highlight of the Teppan-yaki is the premium Kobe beef steak, recognized for its high quality at judging competitions. The rare cuts are served with wasabi and soy sauce, among other accompaniments.

The “Kobe Beef Gokujo Akami (premium lean cut)” is an A5-grade steak made only from the fine-fibered part found deep within the meat. It is said to have the sweetness, flavor, and texture unique to lean meat.
You can enjoy the steak A la carte, as well as in reservation-only lunch and dinner courses.
We decided on short notice to go eat Kobe beef and made a lunch reservation. From the first meat sushi to the final steak, everything was very delicious, and we fully enjoyed the Kobe beef and had a very happy time. The conversation with the chef was also enjoyable, and it was the kind of place that made us definitely want to come back.

The taste goes without saying, and above all, it can simply be summed up in one word: tender. You can enjoy the rare cut steak in different ways, like topping it with rock salt or wasabi and eating it with soy sauce, so it never gets boring.

Kobe Gyu Steak House Gran Kobe Sannomiya Ten is on the 2nd floor of the Wakore Kobe Sannomiya Building, and its stylish Japanese-inspired interior with ukiyo-e (Japanese woodblock prints) and art stands out.

The Teppan-yaki of A5-ranked Kobe beef is popular. The steak cooked right in front of you is said to have an especially great aroma and flavor.
There are many kinds of courses, and a plan that lets you compare marbled and lean cuts, as well as Strip loin and Tenderloin, is recommended.

The Teppan-yaki dishes include steaks of Kobe beef and kuroge wagyu meshiume (Japanese Black female Wagyu), as well as seafood, and they are said to make for a blissful time with wine.
For alcohol, they offer more than 60 carefully selected options chosen by the sommelier, including Western spirits and Japanese sake.

We ordered the staff recommended comparison plate of Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black beef) (female cattle), tenderloin, and Strip loin steak! Both were tender and very tasty♪ We also had the house wine, a red, and while it was a little full-bodied, it had a clean taste and was very good♪

50g each of A5-rank Kobe beef Strip loin and Tenderloin. I asked for them medium rare, but rare might have been even better(*≧艸≦)The meat was tender, and each bite released a burst of juicy flavor. The steak sauce was not bad, but my favorite was plenty of wasabi (Japanese horseradish) topped with garlic chips and a little salt. The Tenderloin was especially delicious.
