They use bincho-tan (white charcoal), and they even replace the grill grate often! The staff were also kind and very polite, so I came away with a really good impression of this place! I’ll definitely be coming back!

The jingisukan (grilled mutton) assortment was incredibly delicious too! The several kinds of jingisukan were tender, had no off notes, and went really well with the light sauce. It was also nice that each type of meat came with its own special sauce. Their signature Clay Pot rice was perfectly chewy and glossy, leaving nothing to complain about! The atmosphere of the restaurant was also very nice and lively.

The thick cut tongue and fresh Outside skirt were so good they seemed to melt in the mouth. It was my first time enjoying Yakiniku while looking at pedigree certificates! I was also surprised to find authentic ganjang gejang (raw crab marinated in soy sauce). What is great is that they do not cut corners at all, not just with the meat but with the side dishes too.

They cut, plate, and serve great meat right in front of you. Every cut was delicious! The rice was tasty too. The service was good, and I had a pleasant meal.

If you eat meat this good, it feels like you will not be able to eat other meat anymore. It is almost too sinful. The seasoning was also spot on (the Yakiniku sauce was really good and I thought it went especially well with Hassho-gyu (Hassho beef)), the service was flawless, and the restaurant was so comfortable that I wanted to go again.

You can eat Shiretoko Wagyu, with only 12 head shipped a year. The staff serve you with great care, which is nice. They also offer a service where they grill it for you, but I preferred going at my own pace, so I grilled it myself. It is the type where you grill on a gas stove, and the sauce looks light but actually has a fairly rich, nice flavor.

I heard the premium salted tongue is really good, and since you can choose thick cut or thin cut, of course I went with the thick cut!! The juicy texture and rich marbling were amazing. I hear the regular tongue is good too, so next time I’ll go for the super simple tongue.

The beef, pork, and chicken sagari, each seasoned with soy sauce, miso, and salt, are excellent. The beef kalbi in particular is so tender it disappears in your mouth in no time. The Shiraoi gyu (Shiraoi beef) aburi kalbi is also impressively large! The fat is sweet, and it is at its best when mixed with egg yolk.

Pork and chicken Hanging tender are pretty rare. They say pork Hanging tender originated in Minami-Furano. It has some bite, but it is also tender with a nice texture, and it goes great with beer. The thick cut premium tongue also fills your mouth with the rich taste of tongue, so it gets a perfect 100 for Manzoku.

I had heard that jingisukan (grilled mutton barbecue) can have a distinctive flavor, but the jingisukan here was really delicious! Also, if you worry that Yakiniku will leave your clothes smelling, there is no need to worry here because the ventilation is excellent.

The meat from the Shiretoko (a region in Hokkaido) area is excellent! They have a wide variety, including Wagyu, beef, pork, and chicken, so the satisfaction level is high! Personally, it is not meat, but the gyutoro rice (rice topped with rich minced beef) is a must!
