[Chuo, Tokyo] Great places for delicious seafood Rice bowls
Photograph:reizx
"Maguro Soma Suisan" is a seafood restaurant on Ginza Corridor Street, with easy access from both Ginza Station and Yurakucho Station. There is also said to be a takeaway bento sales window next to the entrance.
The bright interior has bar-style counter seats and table seating, and you can also stop by for a late lunch or an early dinner.
Run by a company with more than 60 years of history as a maguro (tuna) wholesaler, this restaurant is known for its excellent eye for selecting maguro and its outstanding freshness.
They offer a wide variety of seafood Rice bowls piled high with plenty of maguro, including the "Fujisan" and "Big Mountain," where you can enjoy a mountain-like heap of generous seafood.
Photograph:hoshirin
The assortment lets you compare different cuts of maguro (tuna), and you can also enjoy scraping off and eating the bone-in Nakaochi with a spoon, making it a great pick for tuna lovers.
They also serve fish dishes grilled over charcoal, so you can enjoy pairing seafood dishes with alcohol.

I ordered an amazingly hearty kaisen-don (seafood Rice bowl) with maguro (tuna), salmon, negitoro (minced tuna with green onion), and ikura (salmon roe) in it!!(I got a Large size of rice and finished every bit of it lol)The maguro was on a whole different level✨I’ve found another favorite place☺️

I had Fujisan. Was it lean tuna and chutoro (medium fatty tuna)? I’m not totally sure what kind they were, but both were unbelievably good and really impressed me. I think the rice was a free Large size too, and I had no complaints at all about the portion. I was surprised that it came in at under JPY2000. For now, I think this is one of the best value spots in Tokyo.

Sashimi BAR Kagashira is a seafood and fish bar in Tsukiji, along the Sumida River in the eastern part of Chuo City, Tokyo, where you can enjoy exceptionally fresh sashimi.
Inside, the space has the warm feel of wood, with counter seats that make it easy to stop by even on your own, as well as table seating that works well for families.

The owner once worked at the auction floor in Tsukiji Shijo (Tsukiji Market), and is said to have a keen eye for picking great fish. The restaurant buys whatever seafood looks best that day and serves it in the shop.
Another feature is the wide variety of seafood Rice bowls. They also offer a Rice bowl generously topped with natural hon-maguro (bluefin tuna).
Photograph:Mash12
The specialty is the "Tsukiji Jogai Don (Tsukiji Outer Market Rice bowl)." It is an eye-catching two-tier Rice bowl.
The first tier is scattered with rice and small-cut seafood, while the second tier has an assortment of many kinds of seafood toppings. Every topping is said to be delicious.
yukko656
I had visited a few times for dinner, but this was my first time coming for lunch. The quality of the seafood Rice bowl was seriously high, and even the simple negitoro Rice bowl used really tasty toro, with the green onions added on top instead of using them to cover anything up. Every kind of seafood was really good!

・Tsukiji Jogai Rice bowl
This two-tiered seafood Rice bowl comes with a sashimi Rice bowl on the top tier featuring honmaguro (bluefin tuna), nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch), and red shrimp, while the bottom tier is a bara-chirashi topped with shirasu (whitebait), crab, and ikura (salmon roe). The jar in the middle of the bottom tier contains dashi jelly, and when you mix it in partway through, it really brings out the aroma and makes for a very tasty change of flavor.

Tsukiji Jogai Shijo, where shops selling seafood and other goods still line the streets in Tsukiji, once home to a Tokyo Metropolitan Government wholesale market, is home to Hokkai Banya, a seafood restaurant tucked away down a side street off Namiyoke-dori.
The casual space makes it easy to visit even with children, and the tables are spaced out comfortably.

This restaurant is run directly by a seafood wholesaler founded in 1924, and it is known for serving very fresh kaisen-don (seafood rice bowls). You can also enjoy Special seafood sourced mainly from Toyosu Ichiba (Toyosu Market) and selected from around the world.
There is a wide variety of seafood Rice bowls. Thick-cut tuna and salmon, along with sweet uni (sea urchin), are especially popular.
Photograph:ナビさん
The "Self Seafood Amiyaki (grilled over a wire mesh)" menu lets you grill and enjoy items like hotate (scallops), kaki (oysters), and shrimp yourself. Some people also order it together with a seafood Rice bowl.
Even if you are not sure how to grill shell-on shellfish, the staff will check how they are cooking, so you can relax. You can grill and enjoy all kinds of seafood.
luka1121
The ingredients were very fresh, the portions were filling enough to leave me Manzoku, and everything tasted great. The uni (sea urchin) in particular had no off notes, and I liked it so much I wanted even more on top. The soup was also so good it really warmed me through. The menu had a wide variety of options, so I’d like to go back and try other dishes too.

An acquaintance came to visit from Osaka, so we went to Tsukiji for lunch♬There was a grill at the table, so after grilling some shellfish, we ordered a uni (sea urchin) and ikura (salmon roe) Rice bowl. It came with plenty of rich and creamy fresh uni, with no off notes. The uni melted in the mouth and was fantastic!

Uotoyo Ningyocho Ten is a seafood izakaya (Japanese-style pub) located in the basement of a building about a 3-minute walk from Ningyocho Station, and it is popular for letting guests enjoy fresh seafood dishes brought in daily from Toyosu.
The tables in the bright interior are movable, so the layout can be adjusted to suit the size of your group.
You can enjoy Rice bowls topped with fresh seafood shipped directly from Toyosu Shijo (Toyosu Market). There is a wide variety to choose from, and every Rice bowl comes with miso soup as a set.
Popular options include a Rice bowl with an assortment of three kinds of seafood recommended for that season, and the "Kaisen Arare Rice bowl," which features finely chopped seafood scattered over rice.
Photograph:clue3
They also offer set meal options such as the osashimi set meal, which lets you enjoy rice and sashimi separately, as well as set meals paired with fish simmered in a soy sauce based broth.
They also have Rice bowls topped with Sea Bream and salmon marinated in sesame sauce, so it sounds fun to order different Rice bowls and set meals with friends and share them.
In a calm basement izakaya (Japanese pub) space, this place offers very fresh fish and a wide variety. At lunch, the seafood Rice bowls and set meals are reasonably priced, such as the iwashi (sardine) tataki Rice bowl (JPY680) and the daily set meal that comes with miso soup with fish cuttings, making it a great value too. At night, they stock more than 20 kinds of local sake, and the sashimi assortment and oke-mori (bucket-style assortment) are gorgeous. This is a great spot when you want to enjoy plenty of fish without anything too formal.

The lunch special seems to change daily, and today I ordered the seafood three-item assortment. It goes without saying that the seafood Rice bowl is delicious, but the miso soup that comes with it is ara-jiru (fish scrap soup), with a rich fish stock that makes it incredibly good. On top of that, refills of rice and miso soup are free.

Tsukiji Suzutomi Sushitomi is about a 4-minute walk from Tsukijishijo Station. Located in the Tsukiji Jogai Shijo (Tsukiji Outer Market), it is directly operated by a company that works as a tuna specialty intermediate wholesaler at Toyosu Market.
Inside, the white L-shaped counter seats and wood-grain table seats are laid out with plenty of space between them, making it easy to enjoy sushi in a relaxed setting.

In addition to nigiri sushi, you can also enjoy Kaisendon (seafood Rice bowl), with fresh seafood toppings served over vinegared sushi rice. Since they specialize in tuna, their tuna Rice bowls are especially popular.
They also serve the “Kirioroshi-zuke Rice bowl,” made with finely chopped cuts trimmed off when preparing sashimi and marinated in a soy sauce based tare.

The “Sushi Tomimaki” is a rolled sushi packed with various cuts of maguro (tuna). It is quite filling, so it may be best to share it or order a half size.
You can also find unusual dishes made with rare cuts of maguro, prepared fried or simmered.
やさぐれ官房長
The seafood Rice bowl came with tuna, shrimp, ikura (salmon roe), white fish, scallop, egg, and more, and it looked so colorful it was like a jewel box✨. Every topping was fresh, and the tuna in particular was especially good. It paired perfectly with the special vinegared rice, and I enjoyed every bite to the end! It also came with a soup bowl, and this lunch was Manzoku with its volume and quality.

They source fresh seafood from Toyosu Shijo (Toyosu Market), the large public wholesale market in Koto City, Tokyo. You can enjoy seafood Rice bowls made with fresh seafood toppings.
A popular choice is the "Jiro Rice bowl." It comes with an assortment of as many as 11 kinds of toppings and has plenty of volume.
They also offer the “Hokkai Rice bowl,” an assortment of Hokkaido specialties like hotate (scallops), salmon, uni (sea urchin), and kani (crab), as well as an “Uni Rice bowl” with so much uni that it completely covers the rice.
They also have an “Aburi Rice bowl,” with the surface of the toppings lightly seared for extra aroma, so it seems you can compare it with the raw version.
BK3011
There were various seafood Rice bowls, and when I ordered, it was served without much of a wait. The portion of rice was generous and really filling, and the rice itself was tasty too. The sashimi, uni (sea urchin), and ikura (salmon roe) were fresh, sweet, and delicious. The hotate (scallop) was thick and very sweet. The negitoro (minced tuna with green onion) had a nice amount of fat that went perfectly with the rice.

Miko Ichiba is an izakaya (Japanese pub) focused on seafood dishes in Shinbashi, Minato City, Tokyo, near the SL Square by the West Exit of Shinbashi Station, and it is open for both lunch and dinner.

One of the group’s restaurants, which also includes a sushi shop, this place offers seafood ingredients with freshness and quality on the same high level as the sushi shop.
A popular Rice bowl here is the “Miko Rice bowl.” It comes with an assortment of about 10 kinds of seafood recommended for the day, and if you choose the “Large,” you can enjoy toppings piled so high they spill over the bowl.
Photograph:er3r5619
The uni (sea urchin) on the seafood Rice bowl also has a great reputation for being delicious, and there are also several menu items that feature uni as the main ingredient.
The specialty is the "Uni Dog." It is made with rice on a large sheet of nori (seaweed), topped with plenty of uni and styled to look like a hot dog. It is recommended for uni lovers.
ポッキー2010
I ordered the large Miko Rice bowl. I was happy to see it piled high with sashimi♪It also came with uni (sea urchin) and ikura (salmon roe), and there were 10 kinds of sashimi in total. The shrimp clear soup also had a nice rich shrimp stock.

The “uni dog” is a great match of the bun’s light sweetness and uni (sea urchin) with its rich, melting creaminess. Discovering this new texture brought an instant smile to my face. Luv.Fish? Tokyo is a sister restaurant of Fukushima Mouri, a popular creative cuisine restaurant in Osaka, and is located on the 7th floor of the Shin Marunouchi Building, directly connected to the Marunouchi Central Exit side of Tokyo Station.
The restaurant has a stylish Japanese-Western fusion space with black as the main tone. Natural light pours in during the day, and at night it is wrapped in a moody atmosphere.

The "Kaisen-don Gozen set (seafood rice bowl set)" served at lunchtime is popular. About eight kinds of seafood recommended that day are arranged as an assortment over rice.
The toppings, including tuna and salmon, are surprisingly thick cut. You can also mix egg yolk and soy sauce into a sauce and add it for a different taste.
They offer a wide range of fish dishes, including ozukuri (sliced raw fish served sashimi-style), grilled fish cooked with care, and tempura, where the fish is coated in batter and deep-fried.
Even at lunchtime, many people seem to enjoy pairing alcohol with fish dishes.

I ordered the premium Kaisendon (seafood Rice bowl) for an early lunch. At first glance, the Rice bowl looked pretty standard for a premium one, but... the moment I picked up a slice of sashimi, I was surprised by how thick it was! The seafood Rice bowl served at lunch puts tuna front and center. They source the best tuna available at the time, so the production region and type of tuna change depending on the day.
The thick cut tuna is popular for its rich umami. You can also add Nakaochi as an option.
Photograph:Yotua
They also have a Rice bowl centered on katsuobushi (dried bonito flakes), an ingredient that is shaved and used to make umami rich dashi, the base of Japanese cuisine.
You can enjoy both shaved katsuobushi and raw katsuo (bonito) that is sashimi grade and marinated in a soy sauce based tare sauce.

・Overflowing hon-maguro (Pacific bluefin tuna) Rice bowl, extra hon-maguro Nakaochi
The Rice bowl overflows with hon-maguro Nakaochi, and it is topped with hon-maguro kitsuke laid on so fully you can’t even see the rice, plus chunks of otoro (fatty tuna). I didn’t count, but it looked like there were about 10 pieces... For this price and this portion size so close to a station in Tokyo, it’s a winner. There were no off notes at all, and you can really enjoy the great taste of hon-maguro. This is very much my kind of dish, an easy winner for me.

I ordered the Premium Seafood Rice bowl (2280円)! The fresh hon-maguro (bluefin tuna), uni (sea urchin), ikura (salmon roe), and hotate (scallop) really stand out! The rich fresh hon-maguro goes perfectly with wasabi soy sauce. For someone like me who could eat bottled uni by the jar, it felt like a dream...you can pick it up with chopsticks...and I just loved its gentle sweetness and the light bitterness unique to uni. The poppy ikura was piled on generously. The hotate brought a big wave of thickness and sweetness.

At lunchtime only, you can enjoy the "Goka Dairyo! Kaisen-don (Luxurious Big Catch! Seafood Rice bowl)." This lavish Rice bowl is topped with about 14 kinds of seafood, including hon-maguro (bluefin tuna), uni (sea urchin), crab, and fresh fish bought at auction that morning.
It looks gorgeous, and people say each topping is delicious.
The lunch menu comes with ara-jiru (miso soup made with fish heads, bones, and other scraps). Many reviews also say this ara-jiru is very good.
A popular set also comes with aji fry (fried horse mackerel), tuna, and shiokara (a savory delicacy of squid and its innards marinated together).

Seeing the ikura (salmon roe) on top, I couldn't resist and went with the Kaisendon (seafood rice bowl). The price was fairly high, but it came with seafood to match. Ikura, uni (sea urchin), kani (crab)!! Amazing. And it all tasted really good too. Then there was this impressive arajiru (fish scrap miso soup). Plenty of it in a Large size. And refills are free too. The flavor is great. The stock really comes through, and the seasoning is on the strong side in a way that goes well with rice. It's wonderful.

・Aji Fry set meal
The freshly fried aji fry (horse mackerel cutlet) is excellent, but the chunks of maguro (tuna) are just as great. It is fairly oily, so this amount feels just right. It makes you happy, almost like eating sushi in the middle of a fried dish. Then there is shiokara (salted seafood). This also goes perfectly with rice. You can even put the shiokara on the aji fry! And alongside it comes all-you-can-refill ara-jiru (fish scrap soup). Just the best!

[Koto and Sumida Wards, Tokyo] Great places for delicious seafood Rice bowls
Photograph:kagetora8
Seafood Restaurant Neptune is a restaurant with a long history, established in 1975, located about a 5-minute walk from Shinonome Station in Koto City, the waterfront area facing Tokyo Bay.
In addition to European-style indoor seating, it also has rooftop garden seating. You can enjoy both Japanese and Western seafood dishes.
Photograph:masa-202508
The lunch menu's popular item is the "Kaisen Neputyun Rice bowl," which is served in a wooden tub with rice spread across the bottom and a neat assortment of recommended seafood on top.
You can enjoy about six kinds, including tuna, salmon, and shrimp, and reviews say every topping is tasty.
Photograph:ちーちー麺
The signature dish is the “tokudai tennen uto ebi no fry (extra large fried natural whole head on shrimp).” You can also order it à la carte, and the large shrimp makes a big impression.
They also offer lunch items such as curry rice topped with a large fried shrimp and seafood based pasta.

I had a seafood Rice bowl for lunch. It was a visually gorgeous seafood Rice bowl served in a tub-shaped bowl, with a wide variety of toppings including maguro (tuna), salmon, aburi shime-saba (seared cured mackerel), amaebi (sweet shrimp), ika (squid), white fish, and tamagoyaki (Japanese omelet). The toppings were fresh overall, and the salmon and maguro in particular were rich and tasty. The fragrant seared mackerel also added a nice accent ◎.

Although it’s a seafood restaurant, I wanted curry, so I had the fried tiger prawn curry (JPY1780). The prawns were large, and I ate everything from head to tail. It also came with soup and salad, and with black tiger prawns of this size, it felt like a good deal. I’d like to come again when I’m in the area.

Nidaime Noguchi Sengyoten Kameido Clock Ten is located on the 1st floor of the commercial complex Kameido Clock, about a 2-minute walk from the east exit of Kameido Station in Koto Ward. Run by a tuna specialty wholesaler at Toyosu Market, it serves Special seafood dishes.
A mural inspired by dekotora (decorated trucks), covered in flashy paint and lights, is also worth a look.
Photograph:みゆぅ&なお♪
This place is known for its seafood Rice bowl, piled up in a flashy style like dekotora (ornately decorated trucks), and many of its dishes are said to make a big impact the moment they arrive.
A popular choice is the "Genki Mori Mori Full MAX," topped to the brim with about 16 kinds of seafood including maguro (tuna), ebi (shrimp), and ikura (salmon roe), and it is said to be outstanding in volume as well.
Photograph:Walnut
They also have Rice bowls like the "Kamekuro Version," topped with salmon and ikura (salmon roe) in a sake no oyako-don (salmon parent and child Rice bowl), plus nigiri sushi made with hon-maguro (Pacific bluefin tuna).
As a tuna specialty restaurant, it also offers options like a tasting comparison of hon-maguro and Indo-maguro (southern bluefin tuna), along with dishes centered entirely on tuna, making it perfect for people who want to enjoy seafood in a bold way.
r.yum499
I was drawn in by the photo of the seafood Rice bowl on the menu and went in!! It was fun to keep eating, with a piece of nigiri (hand-formed sushi) on top and some aburi-gushi (lightly seared skewers) as well. The tuna was very big and delicious, and the sea urchin was also big and tasty, which was Surprising, and I couldn’t believe you could eat a seafood Rice bowl like this for this price(*^^*)It was very delicious.

・Premium maguro (tuna) Emperor Trio assortment
I also ordered a set of vinegared rice and Ariake nori (seaweed) and made it into a Rice bowl myself as I ate. The nigiri and Nakaochi are hon-maguro (bluefin tuna), while the sashimi is Indo-maguro (southern bluefin tuna). The nigiri uses kuro-shari (black sushi rice) made with akazu (red vinegar) and bamboo charcoal. It is a rich, outstanding nigiri with plenty of fat. The sashimi comes with two slices each of chutoro and akami. It melts in your mouth.

Tsukuda Takisaburo Sakanameshi Kinshicho Honten is a seafood restaurant located about an 8-minute walk from Kinshicho Station in Sumida Ward toward Tokyo Skytree, and it is run by a shop that works as an intermediate wholesaler of fresh fish at Toyosu Market.
The interior has a simple design. The tables are spaced comfortably, and it seems there are zashiki (tatami seating) seats and Semi-private room options as well.
Photograph:バナナメロン
The signature dish is the "Sankai Rice bowl" in the photo, with rice in a bowl topped with scraped tuna and chunky cuts of tuna, plus ikura (salmon roe) on top.
The tuna, chosen by staff with more than 80 years of experience working with tuna, is said to have rich flavor that melts in your mouth.
Photograph:gomami21470
The point of the “Sankai Rice bowl” is that after enjoying it as a kaisendon (seafood rice bowl), you can change up the flavor.
If you place the white fish mixed with sesame served on the side over the remaining rice, mix it with green onion, and pour dashi over it, it turns into kaisen dashi chazuke (seafood rice in broth). It seems easy to eat and goes down smoothly.
しめさば7716
Since I was there, I went with the restaurant’s recommended Sankai-don (seafood Rice bowl), regular size. It was topped with plenty of tuna and salmon roe, and it was delicious. The Sea Bream and salmon were lightly seared, and it was amazing with broth poured over it! You can enjoy it two ways.

The Sankai Rice bowl has no fishy off notes at all, and it is loaded with chunks of white fish and tuna! The tuna tastes so good. I was so happy that salmon roe comes by default. When I added an egg yolk topping, it looked amazing. It was way too good! I should have tried more toppings... At the end, you eat it with dashi (Japanese soup stock), and that piping hot dashi with the seafood is an amazing match.

[Kita and Nerima Wards, Tokyo] Restaurants with Great seafood Rice bowls

"Kaisen Shokudo Don-dake" is a seafood-focused restaurant located in the basement of the shopping center Vivio, right in front of the west exit of Akabane Station in Kita City, Tokyo.
The interior has a bright Japanese-modern feel, with counter seats that are easy to use even when dining alone, as well as table seating for groups.

There are several kinds of Rice bowls topped with seafood, and the popular choice is the "Honjitsu-don (Today’s Rice Bowl)." It is a colorful seafood Rice bowl with an assortment of about six kinds of seafood toppings recommended for that day.
Multiple reviews say the seafood toppings show the high quality of the ingredients. You can also choose between vinegared rice and plain white rice.
Photograph:taxx
They also serve the “maguro no hikkaki Rice bowl,” made by scraping the meat from around the tuna bones with a spoon, and a Rice bowl topped with “kama-suji,” made from grilled and flaked tuna gill meat.
The miso soup that comes with the Rice bowl set also has daily changing ingredients, so it seems like a good deal.
keiyu3215
The kaisendon (seafood Rice bowl), carefully arranged with fresh toppings, looks refined and tastes refined too. Without any over-the-top presentation, this bowl wins with the quality of its ingredients, and that clean, confident style brings Hayashida to mind. The vinegared rice is lightly seasoned, which brings out the good flavor of the fish. This is a well-known spot that quietly leaves you with a strong sense of satisfaction.

• Hon-maguro (Pacific bluefin tuna) aburi kama-suji (seared collar sinew)
The moderately fatty kama-suji stands out for its unique, almost meat-like texture and rich umami, making it a dish with a real special-occasion feel. Searing the surface brings out its aroma, and as the tuna fat slowly melts, it creates an even deeper flavor.

Misago Shokudo is an izakaya centered on seafood dishes, located about a 3-minute walk from Nerima Station. It is also open for lunch, where you can enjoy seafood Rice bowls and fish set meals.
They bring in seafood fresh from Misaki Fishing Port, located at the tip of the Miura Peninsula in Kanagawa Prefecture, so you can enjoy fresh seafood.

Misaki Gyoko (Misaki Fishing Port) is a fishing port known for landing large amounts of tuna, mainly mebachi maguro (bigeye tuna).
This restaurant mainly serves Rice bowl dishes made with tuna delivered from Misaki. They offer many tuna dishes, including bowls with only lean tuna and bowls mixed with chutoro (medium fatty tuna) and haramo (belly meat).
Photograph:おれおれおお
The seafood toppings on the “Misaki no Sakana-zukushi Kaisendon (Misaki Fish-Filled Seafood Rice bowl)” change depending on the day, but it comes with 5 to 6 kinds. It also seems you can compare and taste 2 to 3 different cuts of tuna alone.
In addition to raw fish, the seafood Rice bowl also includes pieces lightly seared on the skin side, so you can enjoy comparing the differences in aroma and texture.
Cherry99
The lunch Omakase Rice bowl is a bowl of bincho-maguro (albacore tuna) and minced tuna over rice. The vinegared rice is tasty, and the tuna is great too! It also comes with good miso soup. It is also close to Nerima Station, so it is a good pick when you want a quick lunch. The grilled fish looked tasty too.

・Maguro Rice bowl (Premium)
It had what looked like more than 10 pieces worth of tuna if served as nigiri. Marinated tuna, chutoro, and otoro? I think it was bachi maguro (bigeye tuna), and it was served at just the right temperature, so every bite with the rice let the rich flavor slowly spread through my mouth... This is one seriously good maguro Rice bowl! It was even better than I expected, but that is what you would expect from a tuna specialty restaurant. The owner must have a real skill for picking top quality cuts.

[Musashino, Tokyo] Great places for delicious seafood Rice bowls
Photograph:sakatake03
Kichijoji in Musashino City offers plenty of nature despite being in Tokyo. Fukuro is a Japanese restaurant in the Kichijoji area.
It is also easy to get to, about a 4-minute walk from the south exit of Kichijoji Station, and they say you can casually enjoy not only visually beautiful seafood Rice bowls but also carefully prepared Japanese food and yakuzen (medicinal cuisine).
Inside, there is counter seating arranged around the open kitchen.
Photograph:ミルフィーユ
The signature dish is the "Kaisen Chirashi Fukuro Rice bowl." It features small cut pieces of the day's recommended kaisen (seafood toppings) over rice. The springy texture is one of its highlights.
It is served over rice seasoned with akazu (red vinegar), much like Edomae-zushi (Tokyo-style sushi), and they recommend mixing in wasabi and egg yolk before eating.
Photograph:b2d72b
Once you have eaten more than half of the rice bowl, if you ask the staff, they will pour hot dashi broth over it so you can enjoy it like ochazuke (rice in tea-like broth).
For the standard "Fukuro Rice bowl," you can add sardine as an option, and if you order the "Premium" version, it also comes with toppings of uni (sea urchin) and ikura (salmon roe).
b2d72b
I ordered the Fukuro Rice bowl (Premium). It was chirashi with uni (sea urchin) and ikura (salmon roe) added. The uni was very fresh and delicious. You can leave about one-third of the bowl, then pour Sea Bream broth over it at the end and eat it like ochazuke (rice in broth), and this broth is really delicious.. This finishing style alone makes the star rating shoot way up!

This is a place I had been curious about for a long time. I was Surprising at how delicious everything was, especially the seafood Rice bowl, shumai, and sashimi assortment. We planned to share the seafood Rice bowl, but it was so good that we ended up ordering another one. The dashi chazuke (rice in broth) was outstanding. The atmosphere was great too, and it is a place I would love to keep coming back to.
