Most of the steak served at this restaurant is Kobe beef. You can choose your preferred cut, such as Top sirloin, Strip loin, or filet.

The restaurant’s steaks are grilled in a ro-gama (hearth oven) fired with high quality Kishu Binchotan (Kishu white charcoal). One feature of the ro-gama is that it reaches a high temperature of about 800℃, allowing both grilling and resting in the cooking process.

The steaks are said to come out lightly crisp on the surface, while the inside stays moist and juicy.

The cooking is perfect, letting you enjoy the wonderful tenderness and pure flavor of the lean meat. Slowly grilled in the restaurant's signature kiln oven, the meat grows deeper in flavor with every bite, followed by a faint sweetness. You can enjoy changing up the taste with three kinds of mustard.

Today I had the 150g Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black beef) Strip loin steak grilled in a kishu binchotan (Kishu white charcoal) oven, along with rice, miso soup, and salad. First came the salad, and it was the best. The steak was also super juicy. It was incredibly good. It was a very tasty lunch experience. The interior is also very calm and stylish.

まっさーg

The interior is set in a kominka (traditional Japanese house). It has a lovely atmosphere. You take off your shoes and put them in a bag. You sit at a horigotatsu-style sunken table. I ordered the steak and Hamburger Steak Combo. The steak was insanely good! It ranks among the best steaks I’ve had in my life. Of course, the Hamburger Steak was great too! I got another serving of rice and finished everything.

The restaurant had a wonderful atmosphere with a real sense of history, making it a very lovely space. I had the steak course, and even the Appetizers were very good. And the main dish I had been looking forward to, the Strip loin, was also very tender, and I really enjoyed it.

The lunch menu gives you two choices: a 1-pound steak or an Outside skirt steak. The 1-pound steak is 450g, so it is a very filling steak. It came with two thick cuts of steak, and the cut seemed like Top blade. The meat was juicy and tender, and I ended up completely full. It was a great meal.

ともイシガキ

This time I went with the All you can drink and All you can eat meat course, and among everything, I especially loved the watermelon gazpacho. As for the meat, I underestimated it because it was All you can eat, but it was much better than I expected and so good that I ordered two extra rounds. The chef and the other staff also provided good service. It was also very good value, so I will definitely go back to eat there again.

Both kinds of meat were delicious, and I finished them in no time. Then came the best part for hungry diners: about 40 minutes of All you can eat meat, with as many slices as you want... On top of that, they grill a variety of different cuts, so I never got tired of it and ended up having 4 more slices. ※During the All you can eat course, you cannot choose the cut of meat.

The amuse-bouche (bite-sized Appetizers) brings a small surprise of spices and caviar. The mushroom potage has deep umami, and the white fish, grilled until the skin is fragrant and crisp, pairs well with the tangy sauce and espuma (foam). The main lean steak is cooked perfectly, and its flavor really pops with salt and wasabi. To finish, the roast beef rice with truffle and egg yolk has an amazing aroma.

SOHO605

This restaurant is famous for its steaks, but the bread is actually really good. Since you can get free refills, you have to be careful not to fill up on bread alone. The steaks are hefty, over 250g or 300g, but they go down more easily than you might expect. One steak plus a shared salad is enough to leave you pretty full. The Shibuya branch is spacious and easy to use.

This is a great place when you're in the mood to say, "I want to eat meat!" The portions are generous, and while the prices are on the higher side, the American atmosphere is well recreated and the meat is tasty too. You can also customize your order in detail. It worked well to order both rare and medium, then share them with everyone.

Madai (Japanese butterfish) and eggplant pair perfectly with the dengaku miso sauce, while the foie gras has a melt-in-your-mouth texture. The Hokkaido Wagyu Strip loin is juicy, and the garlic mustard sauce is delicious!! This time, we were shown to a Private room, which got us excited before the meal even started! It had been a while since I last had Kobe beef, and it was so good. They offer three kinds of sauce: a soy sauce-based tare made with Kawamura original soy sauce, one made with pepper added to Himalayan rock salt, and a miso tare made with miso from Okayama. Yaesu steak & seafood Teppan-yaki Isshin

This steak restaurant is a 1-minute walk from Exit 23 of JR Tokyo Station. The chic interior also comes with Private rooms that can accommodate 2 to 10 people.

In addition to top-grade A5 rank kuromege Wagyu (Japanese Black Wagyu) steaks, you can also enjoy seafood Teppan-yaki.

The restaurant's steak is said to have a nicely seared surface, while the inside stays lightly rare and juicy.

If you want to enjoy the live cooking atmosphere, the counter seats where they grill meat and seafood right in front of you are recommended.

Teppan-yaki made with fresh seafood such as Ise ebi (spiny lobster) and ike-awabi (live abalone) is also popular. The springy texture of the ingredients and the rich sauce are said to be a perfect match.

Some reviews also said it pairs perfectly with wine.

The sawara (Spanish mackerel) poêlé had such fragrant skin and soft flaky white flesh that it was absolutely irresistible(o^^o)The steak was also cooked just right, very tender, and since it was a lean cut, it was nice and light to eat(^O^)It really made the drinks go down easy(^^;;)

Each dish is seasoned gently, and the portions are small enough to finish in a bite or two, so even a course meal feels just right without leaving you too full. The food is delicious, and the care put into the plates they use makes it feel even more stylish.
