During my trip to Kochi Prefecture, I heard that this restaurant had delicious food, but it was a very disappointing restaurant and I felt like I would never go there again. First of all, when you make your reservation by phone, you will be forced to place an order because the fish is quickly sold out. Instead, I am reminded not to cancel. At this point, I had a bit of a bad feeling, but out of kindness, I ordered 3 or 4 pieces of sashimi that were recommended. When I arrived at the restaurant, I thought the sashimi I had reserved would come out right away, but after the appetizer came out, nothing came out for over 30 minutes. I didn't know what the reservation was for even though I had informed them of my estimated arrival time. To be honest, I was wondering why it took so long to just cut and arrange sashimi, but the customers who came after me had the same experience. There simply aren't enough cooks and hall staff to serve the customers, and they have to wait an impossibly long time for the drinks to come out. I feel like the store clerk is trying his best, but it's hard to stop him. When this happens, no matter how delicious the food is served, it won't taste as good. Furthermore, smoking is allowed inside the store, so it's smoky and honestly, the customer base isn't very nice. The management here may not even understand the minimum requirements for a restaurant to provide customers with a delicious meal. The food was served too slowly, so I didn't order anything other than the sashimi and zosui that I ordered first, and a few glasses of shochu, but the cost performance was pretty bad at over 9,000 yen per person. I don't want you to have the same disappointing experience on your precious trip, so I decided to write down the facts. There are many restaurants in the area, so be sure to eat somewhere else!
