片折大将は"懐石つる幸"で二番手
"玉泉邸"で料理長を経て独立
女将も元料理人とのことで､立ち振る舞いに現れてる気がした
超予約困難店でありながら
遠方から食通の方達が集まるから
話をきいててとっても行きたかったお店♡
食材は毎日大将自ら何時間もかけて仕入れていて
地産地消を大切にしているらしい
鮎の塩焼きも頭と尾と中骨を抜いて
ﾚｱにふっくら焼いてあって美味しかった♡
丸で躍動感があるﾌｫﾙﾑを見慣れてるから
上品で鮎の味を感じれた
他の季節もきっと美味しいんだろなっ
