すっごく昔に北海道物産展で買ったことのあるお菓子に会いに
小樽の本店に訪問してみました
「あまとう」
「アイスクリームパーラー美園」と同じ
小樽都通り商店街というアーケードの
ある商店街にある洋菓子店になります。
生ケーキ、焼き菓子、チョコレート、アイスなど
色々なお菓子たちが販売されています
今回は焼き菓子を買いました～
マロンコロンというお菓子は、
北海道物産展などで見かけたことがある方もいるのでは？！
「マロンコロン（チーズ）」195円
サクッと食感のサブレが3層になっていて
縁にチョコレート掛けをしているお菓子です。
アーモンド、チーズ、カカオ、ウォナッツの4種類で
今回はチーズを選んでみました。
すっごく昔に買ったのもチーズでした。
サクホロッとしたサブレはほんのりチーズの感じがします。
このマロンコロンは催事などでも購入できるのですが
本店限定の「マロンコロンクラシック」というのがあったと
後から知りました・・チェック不足でした～
また小樽に訪れたら買いたいと思います
「マドレーヌ」170円
貝の形をした姿がなんだか懐かしい感じしますね。
ホロホロッとしていて少し爽やかさを感じる甘さです。
「バームクーヘン」200円
しっとり食感でほんわり甘さがあり、
こちらも少し爽やかさがありますね～
どれも懐かしさも感じるような美味しい焼菓子でした。
旅の途中で訪れるとケーキはなかなか買えないのですが
いつかケーキも食べてみたいですね！
2階に喫茶室もあるのですが、休業中ということで
そちらの喫茶室にも訪れてみたいですね～
