先日に2度目の訪問。

前回は営業終了間際の来店だった為、

牡蠣やつぶ貝などは売り切れており残念だったが

今回は早めの来店でお目当ての牡蠣と青つぶを堪能。


炉端と言えば狭く、賑やかなイメージだが、

滋味さんはゆっくり日本酒や焼酎と道産食材を楽しむのがコンセプトとあり

カウンターも広く、お隣さんにも気を使わなくて良いのが嬉しい。

日本酒好きのお客さんが来た時には、テーブル席も奥にあるみたいなので

また利用させていただきたいと思います。
