"Toriyatsukadanoujou Fukuieki-mae" is the first "regional revitalization store" in Japan, offering not only "free-range chicken dishes" but also a wide variety of dishes that showcase the rich ingredients of Fukui Prefecture. The opening menu features selections such as "Fukui Salmon," "Tomitsu Kintoki," and local sake. We will continue to pursue the charm of Fukui's ingredients and the deliciousness of free-range chicken dishes, aiming to create a restaurant where customers can enjoy a variety of experiences.

The "Pickled Fresh Sour" made with seasonal citrus from the citrus expert "Midorinosato Ryoukun" in Nishi-Nin City, Miyazaki Prefecture, the "Pre-watered Shochu" that has been diluted with water and rested for several days to a week to blend the flavors, local sake from Fukui, and tea-based drinks using craft teas from various regions, etc. Additionally, we have put extra effort into our soft drinks to ensure that those who do not drink alcohol can also enjoy them.
