以前から利用していたお店ですが、
今年に入ってからランチで、
ゆで置きして延びきったうどんや、
揚げ置きしてかなり冷めてしけったカツのカツ丼が、
頻繁に出てくるようになりました。
お昼の繁忙時間帯ならお客さんの入り具合を見ながらの
順次ある程度の作り置きは判らないでもないですが、
限度を超える数を作りおいているのか
もうランチの時間も終わろうかという
お店が閑散としている時間帯でも
全く新たにカツを揚げたり、うどんを茹でる様子もなく
平気で何時に作ったのか判らないような作り置きを出してきます。
