The food is simply seasoned with salt and pepper and cooked to perfection, allowing you to enjoy the flavor and texture of the ingredients. The 5-skewer platter has been carefully selected, so if you can't decide which one to try, please try it. Also, try the mille-feuille, which is pork belly wrapped around Agu pork fat.
