焼鳥屋さんだけど、お洒落なバーみたいな雰囲気
店内のお客さんは男の人の方が多い感じしました
平日なのに賑わっていました。
店員さんは皆さん白衣をピシッと着ていて
清潔感を感じます
焼鳥は１本２００円〜安くは無いです
カウンターに座ったのですが
焼き上がった物はトレーに乗って
前から差し出されます。
鶏心臓がレアな感じでぷるぷるした食感
美味しかったです。レタス肉巻きはポン酢に
浸っていたけどレタスしゃきしゃきで美味でした
まるちょう、少しお焦げ感があって美味しかった
希少なクダは残り一本でした。
おばんざいも楽しみにしていきましたが
おばんざいは、うーん微妙
コロナの影響でメニューから選ぶ感じ
７種しかなくて、３種盛りと
大根と豚の角煮を注文
３種盛りも選べましたが、ほうれん草
微妙でした。大根と豚の角煮は
しっかり味染みて食べやすかったし
角煮も大きいのによく煮えてて柔らかでした
最後に食べたモッツァレラつくねは、
チーズハットグを思い出すような
チーズの伸びが面白かったです
途中混んできたせいか、
注文したドリンクを忘れられてとか
ありますが、全体的に良い雰囲気のお店でした
