This is an Indian and Nepalese Cuisine restaurant in Chiryu City. I visited at night. The staff are Indian and Nepalese, and they can speak Japanese quite well. The restaurant has six tables and two tables on a raised platform, and the atmosphere is authentic, or rather exotic. I ordered the "Dal Bhat Tarkari" for dinner. According to the menu, it is rice, chicken curry, dal fry (bean soup), saag (stir-fried green vegetables), seasonal vegetables, tomato pickle, green salad, papad, yogurt, and masala tea. (The menu changes depending on the season.) The rice was a hit! It was piled high in a bowl, like it had been turned upside down. The chicken curry was full of big chunks of chicken. It was viscous and not very spicy. The dal fry was the soup, I guess. It was dal curry itself. The seasonal vegetables were also curry-flavored, like vegetable curry, and were a little spicy. The carrots and cucumbers, I think they were pickled, had a great crunchy texture. It's delicious if you add seasonings that make it spicier. The papad and saag have a strong flavor. The papad in particular had a flavor that I don't often find in other restaurants. The yogurt is plain and unadulterated. I mixed them all together. There's a lot of rice, so it's a lot of work (≧∀≦) Finally, I reset my mouth with a spicy masalati. The restaurant and the food are closer to the real thing. It's a restaurant I'd like to come back to. Thank you for the meal.
