Every day, we purchase fish directly from the market and cook them right in front of our customers, allowing them to enjoy the seasonal flavors. Naturally caught fish from Mikawa Bay and other areas, as well as seasonal fish that are not listed on the menu, are purchased depending on the quality of the ingredients that day. They are prepared with care and can be enjoyed as a dish unique to that day. Please enjoy the delicious fish that is available at that time of year.

You can enjoy not only the popular ``Nobushi Nameraku Pudding'' made by the chef, who has also learned techniques for making dolce and other Japanese Japanese-style meal from the buffet in addition to his experience as a chef, but also the dolce recommended that day. We use Tetsuma EM eggs for our pudding, which has a distinct flavor. These eggs are rare and made from local ingredients, and are obtained from chickens that have been fed natural feed containing EM bacteria. There is no odor and you can enjoy the natural sweetness.
