This restaurant opened in July 2019, about a 3-minute walk from Meitetsu Toyotashi Station, and I visited it on a holiday night. There are about 10 tables in total, including 6 counter seats, tables, tatami mats, and sunken kotatsu tables, as well as private rooms. I arrived shortly after they opened at 5pm, so I was the first one in. The menu includes hotpot dishes such as meat hot pot and Cow tongue shabu shabu, Seafood dishes such as sashimi such as ginju tuna, and meal menus such as Fried food and grilled dishes, soba and rice dishes. We received Ginju tuna sashimi, green onions, namafu, and fried Yumi chicken with sleet. Ginju tuna sashimi and green onion toro sashimi seemed like Ginju tuna was one of my favorites, so I ordered it. It is said that fresh tuna is aged at a low temperature under strict temperature control to bring out 1.7 times the flavor, but the price is not cheap, and the tuna that comes out is thinly sliced and the amount is not that large, so it does not seem quite expensive. Yes, there is. It certainly has a smooth texture and flavor, though. On the other hand, the Namafu and Yumi Chicken Sleet Fried Chicken is quite filling. The crunchy batter is the type I like, and the meat is juicy and not bad. I also like chewy namafu, so it wasn't bad. There were a few hits and misses, but I think it's a convenient restaurant that's close to the station, so thank you for the meal.
