ラグビーW杯観戦のために愛知県豊田市を訪れました。
試合開始までに時間が有ったので駐車場とスタジアムの中間にあったこちらで食事を摂ることに。
土曜日の16時頃の訪問でこの時間は空いていました。
空いてるカウンター席に座り「とんこつもとあじ」のラーメンを御願いし5分程で配膳されます。
こちらのとんこつスープは若干とろみのあるスープであまり個性のある感じではないものの
とんこつの旨味は充分でシンプルながらなかなかの旨さだと感じます。
硬さは普通でお願いした細めんもプツンと切れる感触が心地良く、シンプルな豚骨の
スープに非常に良く合っていると思います。
自分の好みではやわめで頼んだ方が良かったかな。
チャーシューも柔らかく、下味がしっかり付いていて美味しかったですし
キクラゲのコリコリとした食感もこれぞとんこつという感じで良かったです。
そして替え玉も頂いて充分にお腹も膨れました。
たまたま本日は創業祭ということでラーメン550円+替え玉50円という非常に
お値打ちな価格になっていたのもラッキーでしたね(^^;)
また高菜やピリ辛のもやしが無料で頂けるのも嬉しいサービスでしたし
店員さん達の元気な接客も良い雰囲気を創り出していたと思いました。
またこの地に来た時にはつけ麺の方もぜひ頂いてみたいですね。
