大府市の国道155号線から
愛知健康の森へ向かう道すがらにある
地元では結構有名なお蕎麦屋さんです
こちらは以前に何回か振られた事があり
売り切れだったり、並んだ時間が
間に合わなかったりした
私にはそんば場所だったりします
基本的にはお昼のみの蕎麦屋さんです
今回もそれなりに並ぶ中
少し待っての訪問となりました
お店は家庭的な雰囲気で
嬉しい感じです
何か暖かさがあります
ざるそばを十割粗挽きでお願いします
お蕎麦は福井県丸岡産の在来種
そしてやってきたのは綺麗なお蕎麦です
蕎麦の香りのしっかりとある
これはなかなか十割らしい蕎麦です
そしてのど越しの良い
これは美味しいですね
汁は少しさっぱりですね
いいお蕎麦だと思います
蕎麦湯はきちんと後から出てきます
濃いタイプです
ほっこりします
並んでいる事もわかるので
食したらさっさと退散
美味しくいただきました
ここはまた来たいお店です
