全体的に肉の質がよくとても美味しいです。
特に美味しかった3つをレビューします。
とんちゃん ¥275 ※看板メニュー
脂身の少ないホルモンとなります。
裏表を半分ほど焦がして食べるのが定番のようです。
甘辛い味付けで、焦げ目の風味と絶妙にあい美味しいです。
焦げ目のパリッと、ホルモン特有の弾力が合わさり食感も良いです。
牛ハラミ ¥935
個人的に一番美味しかったメニューです。
食感はハラミと思えないくらい柔らかく、肉の甘みが強いです。
タレはハラミ専用で、やや甘めの下味がついてるのでそのまま食べても充分美味しいです。
ご飯とよく合います。
ごはん ¥220
1日をかけて仕込みをするそうで、米なのにコシのような歯ごたえがあります。
このごはんが、焼肉と最高に合います。
