当日ネット予約可能なお店を検索し初入店
博多の郷土料理を訴求しており、
最初からモツ鍋を食べる気満々！！
店員さんは全員男性
ホールの若い男性スタッフが
特別笑顔でも無いがサービススキルが高く驚いた！？
追加おしぼりを出すタイミングなんて抜群にイイ。
モツ鍋を食べようかと思いきや
カツオのタタキが限定メニューにあり思わず注文。
もちろんビール共！！
そのビールもイベント性があり、柚木のビールを注文。
もちろんモツ鍋も頼み、
あと漬けカツオと明太トロロのひつまぶしを注文。
カツオのタタキはモチモチで美味しく、
モツ鍋は醤油味でごぼうと、薬味の胡麻がtomuch！
モツの脂を、さっぱり味の柚木ビールで流し込む。
これまた美味し！！
漬けカツオは、ひつまぶし的には
もう少し小さく切ってあった方がまぶしやすく食べ易いかな？
明太トロロはおかわりしたい気分になり
それだけで十分美味しい。
これは私のミスだが、
カツオのタタキを頼んだ為、
漬けカツオのひつまぶしは、カツオばかりでくどかった。
次回は違うメニューにしようと思った。
ディナーでお酒を飲みながらのシチュエーションに
恐らく最適なお店だと思いました。
