愛知県清須市の住宅街にある洋菓子店、休日の１２時頃に訪問してみた。
駐車場は店舗正面に３台あり、現在はテイクアウトのみの営業となっている。
初訪問の今回はこのメニューを注文してみた。
★ ピスターシュアブリコ ５５０円
★ カフェクレムー ５００円
サクッと食感のクッキー生地に、ピスタチオのムースが盛られたピスターシュアブリコ。
マスカルポーネとコーヒーの旨味が美味しいカフェクレムー。
どちらも小ぶりながら、そこに詰められた店主の熱い気持ちが伝わる。
麺類や和食のレビューは得意だが、一番苦手なケーキの類い(笑)
洋菓子も大好きなのだが、文章として表現する事がなかなか難しい。
このような内容で良さが伝わるのかが不安。
自宅で頂くにも、手土産でも喜ばれると自信を持って言える。
