"Dannebad" is "thank you" in Nepali. Just saying this in front of the cash register can be a fruitful way to interact with the Nepali staff at an Indo Nepalese Cuisine. I came to an Innepa restaurant called "Dannebard" near Ichinomiya Station. It was around 12:00 on a weekday, but there were only two other customers. Both the lunch menu and the grand menu were written in the same menu book. It looked like they had biryani and chowmin, but I wondered if they might have dal bhat (Nepali set meal), so I asked the staff, ``Do you have dal bhat?'' Each item costs a different price when ordered, but what do you want? When he asked me, I said dal, rice, and tarkali. ★Dalbert? (Single item order of dal, rice, tarkari) Single item order? Wouldn't the price be outrageous? Tarkali isn't on the menu though. What was delivered was a flat plate of rice, an Indian-style bean curry, and an Indian-style vegetable curry. It is the thick type that is served with naan. Of course, the curry taste was delicious. The bean curry had a soft bean flavor similar to potato. The vegetable curry was tomato-based and loaded with vegetables such as cauliflower, potatoes, and green beans. They also gave me chutney (a Nepalese pickle with a spicy sauce flavor). However, since it was Dal Bhat, I wanted to have a light dal soup and dry vegetable curry if possible. The curry container appears to be dinner size. It was deep and full. After eating two such curries and rice, I was already full. I was worried that I might upset my stomach. I continued to rub my stomach gently. The bill was 1940 yen. As expected, it was the price for ordering bean curry, vegetable curry, and rice individually. I tried negotiating with the staff to see if the price would include the vegetable curry in the lunch set, but she said it would have been nice if she had told me from the beginning, but she couldn't do it because the containers were different sizes. That's right. I've made a similar mistake before by asking, "Do you have Dal Bhat?" At that time, the dishes looked like they were modified from the set menu, and the curry was exactly like Indian-style curry. It is difficult to understand my intentions well. After losing a huge amount of money, I became acutely aware that it would be difficult to get results commensurate with that amount. No, I'm mumbling, but there was a problem with the way we communicated in the first place. My order was too easy. It wasn't the store's fault; I should have given more detailed instructions. The delivery time was also quick. The female staff in the hall and the male staff in the kitchen all seemed to be kind Nepali people. They even gave me achar. Don't forget to be grateful. Dannebird. Thank you for the meal.
