「台湾ラーメン 江楽」に行って来ました。
名古屋市守山区太田井に有るお店です。
台湾ラーメンの「江楽」と言えば、
私の中では名古屋市瑞穂に有る「らーめん 江楽」でした。
3ヶ月ほど前、久し振りに行って来たのですが、
正直、一昔前のラーメンと言った感じでした。
同じ「江楽」なので繋がりが全く無いとは思えませんが、
ネットを検索する限り、今一つハッキリしない「台湾ラーメン 江楽」。
「食べログ」の評価も「らーめん 江楽」より上（2023年10月現在）。
これは試す価値が有りと判断しました。
お店に着いたのは12時丁度。
18席有る店内はほぼ満席。
注文は店舗入り口の券売機で。
私は台湾ラーメンを選択。
空いているカウンター席に座り、暫し待ちます。
8分程で台湾ラーメンが仕上がりました。
ヴィジュアルは「らーめん 江楽」のそれと良く似ています。
ミンチ肉よりもモヤシ等の野菜が支配的。
やはりルーツは同じと見て良いかと思います。
先ずはスープから。
下を刺すような辛味を感じますが、
その奥にはしっかりとした旨味が有ります。
美味しいスープと言って良いでしょう。
麺は中細で細かなウエーブが掛かっています。
モヤシ等の野菜に負けない存在感が有り、
嚙む程に旨味が広がります。
悪く無い仕上がりですね。
次回は店名を冠した江楽ラーメンを試してみたいです。
