噂は聞いていました。連れに連れて行ってもらいました。
連れの一押しの栄華麺を頂きました最初はあまり期待していませんでしたが。
これが思ったよりうまかった。錦水苑さんの本場のタンタンメンとは違いますが、
日本人に合った味で非常に良く満足できるものであり。
他には春巻き・餃子を頂きましたがどれも満足ができるレベル。
名古屋駅にあった都ホテルの中華出身のオーナーのようです。お店は昭和のたたずまい、奥様(たぶん)が給仕をするタイプ。
味は本場中華というよりは昭和時代の日本独自の中華ではありますが。その中華を美味しく昇華しまくったようなお店。他のメニューも絶対トライしたいと思わせるお店です。
