土曜日の夜に利用しました。
こちらのお店は、私が一人暮らしを始める前に住んでいた街にあるお店。
一年に一度ほど利用します。
昔から地元の人気店で、土日は16時から営業していますが、オープンと同時に満席です。
この日もオープンから賑わっており、16時30分にはすでに待ちのお客さんがいる状態。しかし、料理提供がとても早いので、ぐるぐると回転します。
オーダーしたのは

・テールスープ
・冷麺
・赤だし
・薄切りミノ
・レバー
・牛ホルモン
・椎茸
・玉ねぎ
・刻み青唐辛子

私がこちらのお店て好きなのは、テールスープ。
テールの出汁がよく出ている赤色のスープは、ご飯にもよく合います。
肉もサシの加減が程よく、甘めのタレが非常によく合います。
所謂モクモク系ですので、服に臭いがつきやすいので、そちらの注意は必要かと思います。
