金山駅から歩いて５分ほどの場所にある韓国料理店、休日の午後に利用してみました。店内はテーブル１０卓程度の席数、それに２階席もあるみたいですね。１５時と中途半端な時間に入ったのでほかにお客さんはなく落ち着いていました。
メニューはサムギョプサルにチーズタッカルビ、プルコギ、プンカン牛バラ焼きしゃぶ、ホルモン鍋、参鶏湯などのメイン料理をはじめ、ヤンニョムチキン、チャプチェ、トッポギ、ポクム、ポッサムなどの一品料理、いろんな種類のチヂミやスープ、ビビンパにキンパ、冷麺といったご飯ものなどいろんな韓国料理が並んでいます。
その中からサムギョプサル、デジカルビの赤、同じくデジカルビの白といったコチラのお店の看板メニューである３つのお肉を一度に楽しめるという一品、プン韓３豚セットを注文です。
お肉はお店の方が手際よく焼いてくれます、お肉はもちろん、鉄板の脇で焼いてくれるふわふわの卵焼きもイイですね。お肉はまずはサムギョプサル、厚切りの大きな豚バラ肉で食べ応えバッチリ、キムチなどの野菜と一緒にサンチュに包んで口いっぱいにほおばるようにいただきましたが、表面からはカリッとした香ばしい食感も感じられてジューシーな脂の旨みが口の中に広がり美味しいです。
デジカルビの方もコチュジャンベースの特製味噌の味がしっかり染みたピリ辛の赤、あっさりとした特製醤油だれの白とどちらも美味しいですが個人的にはやっぱりサムギョプサルが一番好みでした。
今回は食べれなかったですがジャガイモチヂミもすごく美味しそうだったので次の機会にはその辺もいただいてみたいと思います、ごちそうさまでした。
