駅からほぼ直結しているのでアクセスが大変良いお店。
お通しにオリジナルブレンドのお茶をいただき、お口がすっきりしたところにお洒落な前菜。
最初から自家製ブレッドの美味しさに驚きました。
マスのお皿、オマールとヤングコーン、バーニャカウダはオリジナルのソース。
お肉料理にはお店特製の肉用ナイフが添えられました。
お食事の終わりにご飯をいただき、一品写真を忘れましたので結構な品数になります。
最後のパフェは器の中に様々の食感と味が込められていて、味変ソースまで添えられるお気遣いでした。
素材、色、食感をとてもバランスよく大切にされている。
静かにゆっくりお食事をいただくのに大変素敵なお店です。
