今月二回目だ！お好み焼きがお奨め、刺身や、オリジナルな一品物も、実に丁寧に提供される。自分のオーダーだけでなく、隣席のオーダーも、目で楽しませてくれる、味も上品で、焼酎もロックで注文すると、チェーサーも一緒にサーブされる。この心遣いが、この店の格上サービスに象徴される！
店内に入ると履き物は下駄箱に、店内はjazzがながれ、オーナーシェフの戸堀 圭さんが満面の笑みで迎えてくれる、オーナー夫人は現役バレリーナ、週末のバイトスタッフは栄養士だ。席に就くと｢ほっと｣する、私にとって生涯の隠れ家になりそうだ。一人静かに楽しむもよし！会話が欲しければ、圭やスタッフに目を向けると、何気なく声を掛けてくれる！初対面の隣席も大人の会話の仲間に入れてくれる！客層も大人だ、話し声は聞こえるが騒ぐ客はいない！
