As a general rule, they do not accept new reservations unless you have come to the restaurant with a current customer. Reservations for the year are accepted at the beginning of December of the previous year, but they say that they "completely refuse reservations from one-time customers, especially at this time of year." If you don't have a referral, it is absolutely impossible to make a reservation at this time of year, so I think you should call after February and only if there happens to be a cancellation and a seat is available, there is a slight chance of a weekday lunch reservation. |
年に一度、遥々遠征させて頂くのもホンマに楽しみです。お誘い待つ身(笑)、このお店はⓂ️のサラダ以外は毎回お料理が変わります。同じ料理は有りません。毎回よくこんなに考えて作られるなぁ〜って感心します。今回はワインは無しでしたがカリフォルニアワインの品揃えも素晴らしいです。
