移転前、一度だけ訪問した事がある「宵ノねこ」さん。
おばんざい屋さんに生まれ変わり、気になり初訪です。
移転前の印象としては◎
拘り料理とフレンドリーで優しい接客が記憶に残ってます。
ただ、時間はかかってましたので、
おばんざい方式に変えられたのかも知れませんね。
場所は東区の住宅街、静かなところにお店はありました。
店内に入ると、移転前の雰囲気そのまま。
感じ良く元気な女将の接客で和みます。
料理の方は、おばんざい中心と言う訳では無く、おばんざい料理が加わった感じ。
直ぐに出て来る料理がプラスされた感じです。
他の料理は、以前同様に丁寧に調理されるためか、やはりそれなりに時間はかかります。
ワタクシ的には、それほど問題はない気がしましたが・・・。

料理構成としては、
鶏料理、豚料理、干物 これらの料理が多かった気がします。
それに加え、チョット工夫した感じのおつまみ。
そして、美味しいお酒。
そんな感じのお店です。
どの料理も、以前同様に美味しく仕上がっていました。
この店の料理、好きですね～。
ジャンルとしては居酒屋さんになりますが、賓の良い味付けと質で洒落た小料理屋さん的。
気軽な雰囲気も良いです。
お客様は常連の方々が殆ど。
女性お一人の方もおみえになっていました。
ホント、親しみやすいお店なのです(^^♪
ボンパパ宅の近くにあれば、週一程で通いたいお店。
な感じです！
最後に、「ネコまんま」。
これ、ボンパパのイチオシ料理！
