Higashishinmachi Crossing (Higashizakura) HOTEL MYSTAYS Nagoya Sakae B1F The sauces were well-balanced to make use of and highlight Nagoya's precious classic French cuisine ingredients.Everything was perfect. Is it October for the first kiss? ! Pumpkin was also used.The foie gras in particular was very luxurious with its grilled perfection and black truffle sauce♡The first appetizer also had Akaza shrimp, and the fruit sauce and anchovies made the vegetables delicious.The second appetizer was delicious. The hot dish was abalone frites wrapped in Prosciutto from beef.The sauce was a sour Italian Cuisine style sauce with sun-dried tomatoes.The fish plate was served with ravioli, and this one had porcini foam. The sauce blended well, and the mellow sauce on the golden sea bream with crispy skin and plump flesh was amazing.The meat was lean and the portion was a little large.We each had a glass of French wine, which is not pictured. However, they showed me the bottle and poured it for me, and the dessert was Muscat jelly packed with crispy Shine Muscat cuts! The jelly was fairly hard and classic.The ice cream that came with it was delicious.The grape langue de chat was cute♡The baked goods were a crispy tart, and the chocolate was melty inside.You could choose a drink after the meal, and I had herbal tea♪ The customer service was very nice and the wine was delicious.The menu seems to change depending on the season and what's in stock, so I'd love to come back again.The atmosphere is small, and it's located in the back of the basement, making it feel like a hideaway, and it's quiet and relaxing.
