2023年蕎麦巡り75店舗目
平日の昼に利用しました。
場所は、桜通り小川の交差点を北へすぐ。
地下鉄だと高岳か、新栄町から徒歩5分程度のところにあります。
15時まで営業されているので、お昼が少し遅くなってしまった時にとても助かります。
こちらのお店は、4年ほど前に利用したことがあり、その時は二階の席に通してもらったのであまり気にしておりませんでしたが、店内の内装がしっかりとしており、とても落ち着いた雰囲気でした。
オーダーしたのは
・天せいろ（海老と野菜）2枚（十割・吟挽き）
・わさび茎三杯酢
十割蕎麦は、食感は滑らかで少し柔らかめでした。
吟挽き蕎麦は、丸抜きを使用した並打ちの蕎麦でした。
天ぷらは、小ぶりの海老が4本と、ズッキーニ、椎茸、ししとう、南京が盛られており、揚げ具合も良かったです。
蕎麦つゆは、たまり醤油の風味が感じられ、薄い感じもありませんでした。
名古屋の中心地からも比較的近いので、利用しやすいお店かと思います。
