ゴールデンウィーク中の平日に伺いました。
中日ビルができたばかりなのもあり
建物内がたくさんの人人人です。
しかし
新しいので空調も良くとても快適です。
10:45にお店に行きました。
すでに長蛇の列のお店もありますが
丸明さんは他にも店舗がありますし
落ち着いています。
お店で受付をして11:00にまた戻って下さいとのこと。
お店の方の手違いがあり
カウンター席となりましたが
1巡目で座れました。
11:00には、12:30以降の席とのことでしたので、予約するか早めに行くのが良さそうです。
お店の方たちはまだまだ
不慣れさを感じますし、案内までの
待ちが長いですが、とても
丁寧な感じ。
注文して15分程で
提供されました。
蓋をあけてからの写真を
撮り忘れてしまったのですが
お肉の脂が多そうに見えます。
食べてみて
実際に脂が多いのですが、
そして
赤身が美味しい年齢なので
少しくどく感じましたが
トロトロで
美味しかったです。
ご飯の量が選べましたので
小にしましたが
充分な量でした。
また伺いたいですが、とうぶん混みそうです。
次回は焼肉ランチが気になります。
