今回は各国料理巡り。
スリランカ料理のお店「ランガランカ」に行ってきました。
今池にあったお店が栄に移転。
駅近くの便利なところです。
バルなどを経営する会社が展開するお店のひとつなので、現地の方が営むガッツリ飯食う的なスリランカ料理店とは違い、イタリアン、スペインバルとかのスリランカ料理版みたいな感じ。
純スリランカ料理のほか、スリランカ料理風のおつまみ、オリジナルスパイス料理とか。
メニューブックにマークがついてるものがスリランカ料理色の強めのものらしく、そちらから、
・カレーリーフとクミンのロティ＆ムング豆のテンパラード（税込790円）
・若鶏手羽元のチキンデビル（税込1,190円）
の２つにしてみました。
なお、お通し＆席代（税込530円）でパンがつきます。これでパン食べ放題。たくさん食べるつもりなら結構お得な気がします。
◯料理・味…思ってたよりボリューミー、そしておいしい。普段食べることの多い現地の方の営むお店とはまた違う良さ。複数で行って色々頼んでシェアすると楽しそうです。
・カレーリーフとクミンのロティ＆ムング豆のテンパラード
クレープ生地で豆を包んで食べる料理です。
スパイスの香る生地、豆のスパイス炒め、それぞれ単体でも全然おいしいのだけど、包んで食べるとまたおいしい。
・若鶏手羽元のチキンデビル
酢豚の手羽元バージョンのような料理。
ただ、酢豚みたいとはいっても、胡椒系のピリ辛さが強く、そこがいいところ。あと、手羽元は6本、野菜も多くて山盛り。嬉しい誤算。
・パン
バゲットです。
これ、普通に料理とあいます。豆との相性も良かったし、デビルで食べてもおいしかった。
◯サービス…お店のタイプはやはりバルだったり、ホールは日本のスタッフさんですが、キッチンは現地の方なので、現地の方の作る料理が食べられます。
◯雰囲気…おしゃれなバルっぽい雰囲気。
１階席と２階席があり、外から見るより席数は結構あります。
◯コスパ…席料あるとはいえ追加もできちゃうパンが出てくる、単体の料理の価格は値段の割にのボリュームあり。バーや居酒屋として考えると、立地も含めて安いと言っていいくらいなのかも。
◯総合…単独での食事利用だともったいないくらい？に値段の割に量の多くておいしい料理が印象に残りました。複数で行ってお酒飲みながら色んな料理頼んでシェアしながら食べると楽しそうです。
