This is a delicious place that used to sell Ramen for 2000 yen when it was less than 1000 yen in Nagoya Nishiki. The chef is great. I think he even published a book. I wonder if it's okay to write that he wears duck feathers on his hat in private? lol When I told him how cool it was, he told me a wonderful story about being fed by ducks. I think it's in Akasaka? I think it was a difficult place to make a reservation before COVID. I've only been to the main store in Nagoya. I think they serve duck Ramen at the end, so please give it a try!
