今宵は栄辺りでという事で、、。名古屋コーチンの焼き鳥を味わえるお店でとなり「鳥勢」さんへ。
店構えも歴史を感じます。店内も活気がありつつも落ち着いた雰囲気です。先ずはビールで喉を潤しつつつまみを食べます。湯引きの鳥刺しです。甘みがあって美味い！ビールにもぴったりです。
続いては串１０本のコースに突入します。ハイボールにチェンジして愉しみます。
焼き場には専任の焼き職人の方がいらっしゃり、食べるペースを見ながら出してくれます。１本１本がしっかり仕事をしてる串でどの串焼きも焼き具合も含めてどれも絶品です。どんどん食べ進めて最後にスープが出ます。コーチンの鶏ガラからしっかり出汁をとったスープでこれまた絶品でした。刺身、串１０本、スープでしたがそれぞれがしっかりとした仕事が施されていて、店の雰囲気や焼きの技術も含めてワンランク上の串焼きが愉しめました。次回はもう少し色々食べたいと思います。ごちそうさまでした！
