名古屋でグルメ食べ歩き、飲み歩きブログ「うまいものブログ」をぺです
今回は国際センター駅と伏見駅の間にある隠れ家グルメストリート”納屋橋エリア”にある「納屋橋ホルモン」（略して”なやほる”）さんのディナーにお邪魔しました
リーズナブルに新鮮なホルモン焼肉をお値打ちに食べられるホルモン焼き肉のお店ですコスパ良すぎです

1階はカウンター&テーブル席で少人数の焼き肉におすすめ
2階は15名〜貸し切り宴会可能なテーブル席
地下1階は掘りごたつ席がどーーーんと開いた空間で25名〜OKな大宴会場
という3階建てのホルモン屋さんです
公式サイトによると、
ブロックで仕入れた肉は、一切れひと切れ丁寧に手切りし、下処理にも一切手を抜きません。
さらには、肉に絡めるつけだれ・もみだれもお店で手作りするなど、ひたすらに美味しさを追求しています。

お味はジューシー＆柔らかい食感
くつべら軟骨 とんちゃんたぶんですが手前にあるのがとんちゃん（自信ない）
奥に見えるのがくつべら軟骨
どちらも食感がコリコリで良く焼きでいただきます
後半の味濃いめのタレ系の前哨戦として最高です
にんにくは金曜日以外は食べてはいけないルールがあります
