今年の6月河野さんから電話があり、つる幸を11月いっぱいで閉じると新聞に載ったとの報告!!!
なかなか金沢に行く機会がなく、10月になって電話すると(当然満席でしたが)玄関脇の小部屋を開けてくれました。
このサイズの料亭でもスタッフは計20人もいるそうで、料亭はこれからもますます難しくなっていくのかもしれません。
大女将は47年ここで働いてきて、やっと休めると言っていましたが、河田さんは「せつ理」と言う名前のカウンター割烹をオープンさせるそうです。
カウンター6席、4人テーブル一つの小さな店で、六品で13000円くらいをイメージしているそうですが、そんな店を出したらあっという間に1年先まで予約が埋まるでしょう。
予約は一回りだけにして、早い時間か遅い時間を常連さんにあけておいてもらえると嬉しいのですが・・・(^^)
これからは、河田さんといろいろ話をしながらカウンターで美味しい料理を食べられると思うと、いまからワクワクします!!!
料理は写真の通り!すぐ後に都市ガス展「人生最高のおもてなし」を控えていたそうで、いつもながらとは言え、凄い料理がたくさん出てきました。
「能登松茸と渋皮栗のクレームブリュレ」はこの日がお披露目、素晴らしい「天然鮪トロの瞬間燻製」と共に「人生最高のおもてなし」に選ばれたようです(^O^)
P.S.
白身に素麺を刺して揚げたくりのいがは、定番になったそうですが、残すのがもったいなくて持ち帰って酒のアテにしました。
