でもこの辺って結構お店、ありますよね(^-^)
こちらのお店は¥12000のお任せコースのみ。
この日はお酒はいただかずにペリエ¥800です(^_^;)
●佐賀県唐津 赤雲丹の胡麻豆腐
胡麻はあっさりめ。
お出汁の効いたあんが美味しいです。
レンコンのシャキシャキもアクセントに。
●鮑と肝のソース、焼き茄子、とろろ、金時草、オクラ
ふっくらした鮑に優しい苦味の肝ソースが美味しい(^-^)
焼き茄子もお出汁がよく染みています☆
●ぐじにゅうめん、卵豆腐
大好きなぐじはしっとりふっくら。

金目鯛がと~っても美味しいです!
パリッと香ばしく焼いた皮、身は脂がのっていてジュワっとします。
鯵寿司も美味しかったです☆
●うざく 三重県 養殖鰻
こちらも皮がパリっと焼けて香ばしくて美味しいです。
●加茂茄子の鬼おろし
湯葉がとろ☆
鬼おろしといってもそれほど粗くはありません。
●佐賀県 伊万里牛の焼き物
メインは魚2種類、肉1種類からチョイスできます。
直前に他の方のお肉を見てしまったせいか、お肉をチョイス(^_^;)
これはちょっと残念な感じかも。。。
火入れがイマイチなのか、肉質の問題なのか。
伊万里牛は何回かいただいていますが、あまり美味しいと感じた事がないんですよね。
でもあの食感だと、肉質は好みの問題としても、火入れが甘かったように思います。
●佐賀県ゆめしずく、香の物、味噌汁
こちらもごくごく普通な印象です。
白いご飯をいただいて良かったぁ、という感動がありません。
●アイス最中
前半は総じて良い印象だったのですが、メインとお食事で残念な感じ。。。
もったいないかなぁ。
味付けは自分の好みよりはしっかりめでした。
でも濃いと言う程ではないです。
前半のまま終わってくれたら、かなり高評価なお店になった事は間違いありません☆
