前菜はイタリアン3種、中でも太刀魚のカツが美味しかったです。
とんかつは1カンずつテンポ良く提供されます。
シャトーブリアン、ヒレはグニっとした弾力がありながら柔らか過ぎて歯が要らないレベルでした。
ロースはそれぞれ旨味の違いや食感を楽しめ、特にTokyo Xの食べた後の豚の香りの余韻が凄かったです。
締めのお茶漬けは細切れのとんかつが分団に入っていて食べ応え抜群ですが、最後はちょっと重さを感じました。
また予約が取れれば行ってみたいです。
