鳥まるで修行してた店主が、満を持して2015年9月にオープン!
ヤバいっす!
焼鳥激戦区の福島が、ますますヤバいっす!(焦)
なにしろ、人気店の鳥まる、そしてあやむ屋で修業した若手が独立し、同じ福島に次々と店をオープンさせてるんやから、こりゃえらいこってすぜ!?
そう思わんですか? ねえ、そこの奥さん!?(は?)

いや、流石っす!(焦)
焼き加減もタレも言う事おまへんわ!
つくね・・・
非常に柔らかくでジューシーさが際立ちます
口の中でホロッと崩れて溶けていくようで文句なし!
ささみバジル・・・
実はこのバジルの串を、「鳥まる」さんで酷評した記憶が蘇る(汗)
オリーブオイルと乾燥バジル粉を振りかけただけで、なんとも残念な一品やったことを(焦)
他の串がみんな美味しかっただけにね?
しかし!
こちらでは生バジルを使用し、ちゃんと自家製でソースを作ってはりました!
素晴らしいっす!
皮の炙り・・・
これはもう火の通し方も抜群やね!
皮はパリパリにする店が多いけど、このオヤジはジューシーさが残る皮が好っきゃねん!
その意味ではバッチグー♪(死語)
そしてもう一品、なにかオススメを所望してみた
●白肝
肝の串は¥150ですけど、白肝はメニュー表になかったんで値段は敢えて掲載せず
聞くのも怖い?(爆)
いや、たぶん、¥200~¥300で納まってるはず!
白肝も焼き加減が完璧っす!
こちらの大将、そして女子スタッフさんが、なかなかええ接客しはります
愛想もええし、受け答えも文句無いっすね!
狭い店だけに、めっさアットホーム感もあって、こりゃ一人飲みでもまったく抵抗ないわ
いかん、いかん(汗)
また贔屓にしてしまいそうな店が一軒出来てしもたがな!(虚ろな目)
