釣り鐘に例えると、小さく叩けば小さく響き、大きく
叩けば大きく響く…坂本龍馬の西郷隆盛評ですが…
こちらのお店、なんとなくこの例えの様な店でした。
前菜やステーキを大量に頼んでワインで楽しむも良し
無料で食べ放題のグリッシーニと、
１つ100円〜200円ですむ4種類のディップで
クラフトビールを楽しんでも 良し。
飲みものも食べ物もまさに…小さく叩けば小さく響き
大きく叩けば大きく響く、いいお店だと思います。
久方ぶりの家族ディナーでお寄りしました。
まずは、前菜盛り合わせとカルパッチョを頼み
ブライアンベアード夫妻のクラフトビール…
ブライアン氏が奥様の為に作った「さゆり」
をいただきます。
ベアードビールは、モルト、ポップ、酵母などの
原材料をなるべく加工せずに素材の素晴らしさを
最大限に引き出した、香りの良いビールです。
ベアードビール、美味しいですね。
餃子、焼き鳥の盛り合わせと続いた食事に
お次は、キリンのJPLクラフトビールを注文。
こちらのクラフトビールも爽やかで美味い。
調子に乗って、ワインとステーキを注文しようとして
奥様から、どちらかにするように注意されてしまい…
飲みたかった、あの…イニエスタが所有する
ワイナリーで作られた白ワイン…
イニエスタ・コラソン・ロコ・ブランコは次回に
ステーキを200gだけ注文していただきました。
こちらはA5ランク黒毛和牛赤身肉のステーキで
柔らかく、ステーキソースとマスタードを少し
乗せて食べるのですが、やっばし、美味いです。
お腹が膨れてきたので、ここからデザートまでは
グリッシーニにディップをつけて茶杯を…
家族と、友人と1人でも…楽しめるお店
また、お寄りしてみたいと思います。
