おひとり様蕎麦旅。
今回は遥々東村山まで笑
しかしながらここまで来た甲斐があったってもんよ。
時間きっちりスタートです。
カウンターに通して頂きました。
ビールで贅沢タイムの始まりです。
本日のコースはこちら。
⚫︎白アスパラ、甘鯛、あおさ茶碗蒸し
⚫︎ヨモギ練り込み蕎麦豆腐、お出汁、桜の塩漬け
⚫︎蛤、たけのこ、春キャベツ、そばがきのお椀
⚫︎季節の盛り合わせ

完璧すぎる蕎麦懐石でした。
これぞ求めてる蕎麦懐石なのだ！！！笑
もうね、本当にどれも美味しかったー。
蕎麦焼酎珠玉も初めて飲みましたが美味しかった◎
大将が一品一品丁寧にお料理の説明をしてくださり、帰り際もご夫婦なのかな？笑顔でお見送りして頂きました。
何とも幸せなお食事時間でした。
