春の訪れを感じる食材
久々にこちらに。献立には筍，桜えびなど春を感じ
させる食材を使った料理がいくつかありました。
お通しも菜の花と浅利でふつうにお願いする一品の
ような出来で美味しかったですね。
発注はいろいろ迷って，筍と蕗の土佐煮，生もずく
にしました。いずれも春を感じさせられる食材で，
こういうものがあるので和食はよいなぁと思うわけ
です。
この日も美味しくいただきました。

淡路島玉葱をいただく
久しぶりに来ました。
この時期，淡路島玉葱フェア？をやってました。
お通しはじゃことうるいのお浸し。
玉葱サラダ，筍と蕗の土佐煮，玉葱と桜えびのかき揚げを発注。
玉葱サラダは崩したあとの写真です。配膳された時はきれいな山でした。
玉葱はへんな苦味はまったくなくしゃきしゃきおいしかった。
筍と蕗の土佐煮は前回もお願いしたワタクシ的定番。
よーく染みていて美味しかった。
かき揚げはさくさくいただき，締めにかけうどんをハーフサイズで。
玉葱フェア，このような美味しいものフェアは良いですね。
玉葱期間中にまた来たいえすね。

旬の筍の土佐煮（橙や本店・小平）
久しぶりです。ちょこっと飲みで寄らせてもらいました。
お通しはほうれんそうおひたし。
これ，ただのおひたしではなく，浅利やら貝柱が入っていて美味しいです。
続いて，真鯛のお刺身。ちょっと写真の映りがよろしくないですが
実物は鯛特有のしっかりした締まった身が美味しいです。
そして，この季節には欠かせない，筍の土佐煮。
鰹ときりっとした醤油味が正統派っぽくて美味しかったですね。
まぁ，欲を言えば青菜はふきだったりするともっとありがたかったですが。
この日も美味しかったです。

鰤かま塩焼き／鱧皮と夏野菜の酢の物（橙や本店・小平）
かなり久しぶりです。
この日は比較的暑かったので，まずは鱧皮ときゅうりの酢の物。
初めていただきましたが，炙った鱧皮の食感よく，酢が前面に出過ぎない味（出汁かな）
これが非常に美味でした。
お刺身は平目。肉厚でややねっとりした食感で美味しいです。
最後にかけうどん（小）をいただきました。
また来ます。

小平駅北口，東京街道沿いのお店です。
お通し。貝のひもが美味しい。
ひらめ刺身。締まった身に旨みがたっぷりです。
こちらの本店も尾鷲漁港直送をうたってます。
どーんと鰤かまを塩焼きで。
適度な脂と塩加減，パリッと焼きあがっていてなかはふっくらジューシー。
これは頼まない手はないでしょう。
ひとりでは飽きるかもと思いましたが，美味しかったのであっという間にいただきました。
こちらのお店の魚は間違いないと思います。

かなりひさしぶりにこちらに。COVID-19対策で
テーブル対面の席は使わない仕様のようで，シー
ルが貼ってありました。
来店時はうなぎ推しだったようで，蒲焼，うまき
などメニューにありました。また鱧料理もいくつ
かあり，夏を感じさせるものがありました。
お通しは枝豆豆腐うにのせ。もっちりしていて美
味しいです。
うなぎフェアからう巻にしようと思いましたが，
隣席に出たものをみると，一人では多そうな量で
したので，うざくを発注，また，尾鷲漁港直送品
からつぶのお刺身を発注です。つぶは北海道・東
北と思ってましたが，紀伊半島あたりでも採れる
んでしょうか。
うざくは思ったよりもかなり上品な味付けで美味
しいと思いました。使っているのは冬瓜でしたか
ね。つぶは独特のこりこり食感がよく，こちらは
期待通りの美味しさがありました。
ふとメニューをみると，かま焼きが手ごろなお値
段でありましたので，聞いてみると，かんぱちだ
そうで，それを発注です。じっくり焼くのでやや
時間を要しましたが，皮までばっちり美味しいか
までした。
しっかりした料理がいただけるので結構好きです。
