2017年〜2021年まで、そば百名店に4回選出。
長期熟成十割蕎麦のお店。
金土日祝日のみの営業で蕎麦がなくなり次第終了です。
週末11:30過ぎに来店。
席は空いていたのですぐに座れましたが、ほとんどの限定蕎麦が既に売り切れ。
唯一残っていた1日限定5食の湯そばにしました。

12～1月の冬季限定で1日5食。
提供されて失敗したなって思ったのが、まさかの温かい蕎麦だったこと。
ざるに温かい付けつゆかと勝手に想像していた。
アゴ、サバ、イワシ、昆布、椎茸の淡いお出汁。
最初はそのままお出汁の淡い香りを楽しみ、塩昆布と柚子胡椒が別添えになっているので途中で好みに味変。
蕎麦湯は十割そばならではのとろみのあるタイプ。
こちらに食べ終えた蕎麦のつゆを入れることで、お出汁の香りがふわっと美味しいです。
美味しかったのですが、やはり冷たいお蕎麦でコシなども楽しみたいですね。
次回は限定の冷たいお蕎麦をいただきたいです。
