歩くインド料理百科辞典と呼ばれる店主がその場で作る、優しい味の本格料理。
場所は東京の地の果て、お店はボロいもと居酒屋を居抜きで使っているけれど、しかしふるまう南インド料理は超一流。作りおき一切なし。おまかせコース３０００円は、ここでしか食べられない優美な料理が次から次に現れます。無駄な油使いなどまったくなく、けっして辛さに頼らず、それでいてスパイス使いは的確、食べ心地はかろやかで、優しい。したがって食後の喉の渇きもなく、おなかは幸福に微笑むでしょう。しかも一杯５００円
...中心のアルコール類は洋酒好きにため息をつかせる、一流のバーさながらの品揃え。自家製ジンジャーエールでさえも感動もの。営業日が少なく、事前にホームページで要確認。席数が少ないのがタマに傷。水曜日はヴェジタリアン料理のみ。平日の雨の日は客も少ないので、インド人よりインド料理を愛し、博覧強記の、教え好き店主、稲垣富久さんを（うまくすると）独占できますよ。
