今年もイタリアから生のポルチーニがどっさりと輸入されましたね。
１０月の初旬の１週間、表題の特別メニューが提供されましたのでマイレビュアーさんとポルチーニ料理を楽しんできました。
店の内装はすばらしいです。フレンチレストラン「ラ・ベル・ドゥ・ジュール」の内装をそのまま活かしたと言うことで、言われてみればイタリアのかろやかさよりもフランスの重厚さのほうがまさっている感じ。ランチ時ですので、同じ時間にどっとお客さんが入りますから、ホールでサーブ二人は明らかにサービス不足。からのスタートです。
生ビールで乾杯の後赤ワインをとって。副題にありますよう、この特別料理は数種類の小さな前菜が続きます。ピエモンテで生ポルチーニのサラダはじめボリュームあるポルチーニ三昧を楽しんだ経験がある二人にとっては、ポルチーニの量が少々不満です。コースの内容を知らずにただただポルチーニをがっつり食べようと勇んで来てますのでちょっと期待外れではありました。
と言うことで、ワタシ自身は途中からポルチーニの冠を忘れるように努め、単にシェフの料理を楽しもうとスイッチを入れ変えましたので不満も少々和らぎ。にしても、シェフのイタリアンはかなり手を入れた繊細派ですね。小さな前菜にもしっかりと味の完成度を求め、このような小品を数多く楽しみたい女性にはよかったんじゃないかと思います。

パスタは、自家製タリアン ウンブリア産白トリュフ添え
メインは、ブレス産小鳩のロースト ポルチーニのグリル添え
でした。パスタはさすがですね。パスタランチがもしこの店にあるなら、１人前を食べてみたい。と思いましたが、店のＨＰにはそのようなメニューはないようです。
