Restaurant highlights |
Founded in 1924. We grind our own flour in a stone mill and serve authentic hand-made soba noodles.
Taking advantage of the fact that it is a street-front restaurant, the restaurant is barrier-free from the entrance to the inside. There are 22 tables and 80 seats, making it possible to accommodate b
...oth single diners and large groups. Although it is a small restaurant, the moss-covered garden features seasonal bonsai trees, allowing you to enjoy the changing of the seasons. We source domestically grown unpolished buckwheat, grind it ourselves, and serve it "three times (freshly ground, freshly made, and freshly boiled)." We look forward to welcoming you to try our buckwheat noodles.
